I ordered a textbook 2.5 weeks ago. At the 2 week mark, when I hadn't heard anything, I emailed customer service to see what was going on. 3 days later, I was told they weren't able to source the book. I'm sorry, what? Why are you renting/selling books you don't even have? And then not informing your customers, who are waiting on their books to come in the mail, that you can't find it? Now here I am having to scramble to find a textbook for my class that starts next week. I doubt I'll get a new order in in time, so now this whole debaucle is going to affect my grade.

Wow, textbooks are a racket and saving us some money for the son's college education is a battle. I had never heard of Knetbooks but they definitely had the best rental price for this book. Will use again.

Pretty good just didn't expect it to come in an amazon package, and as for the tracking that they give you, it is totally not helpful and very confusing.
