My book arrived damaged in the mail. Pieces of the binding were scattered all over the box. I didn't mind too much at first but the more I use the book the more it keeps falling apart because the binding was already broken when received.

The book came ripped, didn't appreciate that at all, paid $50 for it

Slightly expensive but cheaper than the regular price at the school bookstore.

I purchased a loose leaf textbook and spin receiving it the pages were held together by zip ties. The zip ties were not allowing the pages to be turned easily causing some tearing.

I bought a textvooj because it says it comes with the access code to cengage. I read after some may not come with the code. Why would it be listed in the title that it has the access code if there is NO access code. I have to return this now and pay for the e-book and access code on cengage. Don't waste your money here. When I went to return the $45 book it is only giving me a refund of $37 I believe. There is a $10 fee for "restocking" the book. Ridiculous. I'm sure this happened to many other students.

I like renting cheap books. The book is very expensive new and I was able to get it for way way less than I would had I purchased it.
