Easy process and arrived quickly, I was able to use the website to quickly order a book for my online school.
I made a purchase for rental textbooks on May 4th and it is May 23rd and I still have not received my textbooks. The company failed to respond to my messages send through their customer service system and through email. Also they have failed to reach out to explain why my purchase has not arrived. They have taken my payment and given me nothing in return.
The site initially prevented me from making the purchase and the prices increased during checkout.
The book got here quick and in good shape. It was easy to order and was delivered on time as mentioned in the email.

2. Select Manage My Rentals/Returns.
3. Select Return My Rental for Free.
4. Select only the books you packaged in the box, then click Print Label & Complete Return.
5. Print your prepaid UPS shipping label and packing slip and drop your rental return off at any UPS location. DO NOT drop this package off at the post office.
