Great niche products you can't find in big stores.
Customer service was awesome and the order shipped and arrived super quickly. Everything was packed nicely and nicely labeled boxes. Someone called me within an hour of placing the order to discuss shipping to save me over $100. So nice! Thank you!

A little difficult to find some products when you search for them.
Excellent website and online (chat) help. Shipped one day late and FedEx did not deliver the next day as required and paid for.
The laserwash G5 kit did not fit my G5-S. The stem diameter was larger and I had no issues with the return and credit.
We are the sole automated car wash in Bermuda and though being a smaller client, the employees at Kleen-Rite are dedicated and helpful especially dealing with the ins and outs of the shipment process. Their vast selection of products has helped bring us up to the next level of not only cleaning and polishing but a better overall customer experience and longer lasting clean. Kleen-rite has been a massive help in finding new products to better suit our needs and has a vast selection of anything Car Wash.
