Many products to choose from, delivery is fairly quick and prices are are competitive.

Easy to order website easy to use and very fast delivery

They delivered to the wrong address. The other car wash figured out that it wasn't theirs and called me. T force picked it back up. The pallet had been taken apart. I bucket leaking.

I cannot state my anger and frustration of waiting for most of two months to receive a $5 motor brush.
I both called and emailed multiple times and no one could tell me when the product would ship. If I had any idea of the timeline I could have placed an order elsewhere and gotten it in a week. I only placed the second order because no one thought to inform me that I would get a single brush for a motor that needed 2 brushes. The other sites that carried the same product sold them as pairs as no motor needs just one brush replaced. So it took from September 24th until December 8th for me to get two $5 brushes.

Took a long time (> 1-month) to receive my order but did get it.

I ve been a customer since I got in the business 3 years ago, Your staff is by and large very good.

It is customer service. It provided what I needed.

If I could give her a 10 out of 5 I would. Not only did she help me with the problem I had which was to help me get an invoice that was never sent to me but then took the time to help find a part I was having a problem with and making it able to be ordered again through your system. This makes it not only easier for me to get the part, but it also allows your company to make the profit on it because I was going to order it direct from the manufacturer. I manage a car wash and I wish my people had half of her customer service acumen and attention to detail. I am not sure how much she gets paid but she is worth more. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

This is the second time I've ordered from Kleen-Right Corp and it definitely won't be the last! I'm extremely impressed with the speedy delivery when I make an order and the pricing is very fair. Communication and follow up with the purchase and delivery is great!

Needed to order dosatron parts for a unit
Went to website put in part number and checked out (very easy).

Order regular microfiber towels and ultra 51 for windows and these are the best! And shipping was very fast! Ty

Kleen-Rite has proven to have a great variety of parts that we need. That said, the pricing could be a bit more competitive compared with some other vendors I've used previously or found online. Also, would be nice to have an ETA when order confirmations are sent. This review prompt came when clicking an email link asking if we'd received an order. We did receive it, though it was shipped 16 days after the order was originally placed. Even a "item on backorder" notice would at least give us an understanding on the delay.

I asked for parts they said they were in stock and they sent them right away.
