DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Sizing and style is completely misadvertised. Your better of buying a top form Walmart with built in pads. Bought two tops in a size small and they fit completely different and look like you're wearing a unibra. Company also will do anything to not let you return — bought from a site wide sale and they're saying it was final sale. DO NOT BUY from here if you care about your $$$.

Above and Beyond

Love the quality of the material. Some are true to size and if it not it tells you in the description. Special sales are the best. Safe to bet I've bought a few dozen times, my closet is made up by this store. NO BRA NEEDED. It's heaven ok?

Horrible

Nowhere else have i been SO ignored by customer service. Virtually non existent. Good luck if you have any query about your order or by god want to process a return. Nothing and have been chasing for a week. There is absolutely no excuse for ignoring your customers

Hit or miss

Some of the products are great, especially the longsleeve body suits. The crop tops and backless options are not super supportive, but that is to be expected. Here's my gripe with Klassy Network: whether or not the packages arrive at all. While I understand that small businesses have to charge more for shipping and are unable to have better delivery customer service, it really sucks when a package does not arrive at all and they won't do anything about it. There's a reason why most people stick to large corporations such as Amazon, where these issues won't happen.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

I got sucked into buying a few shirts from non stop popup ads on Facebook. What a terrible mistake. Even though I followed their sizing guide, they don't fit. The pads are cheap, if you have a decent sized boobs so you order a L, the rest of the shirts are going to be MASSIVE. They are refusing to give me a refund/exchange because I used the promo code (that they lured me into). What a horrible customer service. A COMPLETE SCAM! They don't care about the satisfaction of their customers. They know they're not here to stay so they just want your money and be done. I will NEVER recommend this cheap fraudulent company. Bye

Oh, and they charge shipping and it took FOREVER to receive because they're made in CHINA. The pricing is SO not justified. Middle finger to you Klassynetwork, can't wait for y'all to fail so you can stop scamming people.

I have written multiple 1-3 star reviews for tops I have purchased from them and none of them have made it to the site-- there is a complete and utter lack of transparency and the quality of their shirts doesn't stand up to the handpicked reviews they choose to showcase. After a few purchases, none of them are mindblowing and some are just outright poorly sized and made. Will not trust them again.

Customer service lies and charges without permisson

I get an email that i was being charged and sent an item i purchased a year ago. I tried to tell the customer service team that it was incorrect but they kept telling me i was wrong and that this is an item that was on back order and thats why its now charging me and kept emailing me screenshots that actually shows a completley different product all together and proves im right, yet theyre still trying to tell me im wrong! Finally after multiple emails of me correcting them, they realized they were wrong and refunded me. No apologies or anything. Just a passive refund notice and a 'im closing this case' note at the bottom. Its completely unacceptable to charge people without their permission. I don't care if the item was on back order and now is not, ask first. I'm reporting this to the better business bureau.

Also the products while the idea and designs are nice, the concept doesn't actually work. The 'bra' they build in isn't a bra, it's just two pads stuck into the lining of the shirt so no actual support.

Customer disservice

I'm really fed up with the service from classy Network. I'm from Canada and it is very expensive in the first place to purchase anything from this store because of the exchange rate and the shipping. The only option is FedEx. I was under the assumption that all of the clothing was made in the US. After paying 260+ for 4 shirts, I received a bill from FedEx for another $135 because the tops are actually made in China. Most of the tops are nice and fit I got the same size in all four. However randomly one top was wildly smaller than the rest. I wanted to process an exchange for a larger size for this top so I started the process online. Their return/exchange process states to package up the product and send it back to a specific address, nowhere did it say that they require a tracking number to receive the exchange/return.
It's been about a half a month since I've sent the package and I haven't received an update to say that they have received anything so I wanted to follow up by email to check in. The response I received like they don't even want to help with this simple request of looking into the package. Instead of response of: "There is no guarantee your return will be processed without a tracking number". They didn't even say I'll look into this for you or have any semblance of being willing to help. So at this point I feel like I've been scammed because I've had to pay shipping to them when I purchase my items, I had to pay for shipping to return my one item, I now have to pay $135 to FedEx. I don't have any faith that they're going to send me the other shirt that I'm trying to exchange or refund me. I'm exasperated.
