I paid $400 for necklace and $90 for bracelet April 2020 and already it looks horrible, don't know what to do about it, was a gift for husband, not what I expected. The pictures would make you cry.

Because the code didn't work for the 20% off and I'm a new customer so that doesn't seem fair and it should apply to all items. Shipping took longer than 8 days but the product made up for it
I was not only amazes at the speed of delivery but the over-all thought put into how wonderfully the piece was displayed in it own customized gift box.
