King Ice

I have ordered three pieces from King Ice now, and all of them have come in a timely manner. The quality is legitimate, and people will compliment you on the bling.

From my experience with King Ice, the chain/pendants are great quality. I bought a Michelangelo TMNT pendant chain last year, and over a year later with regular wear, it looks the exact same, other than the little pizza slice by the clasp that got discolored and I removed. Other than that... I have no problems with the chain, and plan on buying a Cuban link next.

Absolutely wonderful, this is my 4th chain from king ice and their quality never fails to astound me. I got this my coworker. She's like an auntie and she absolutely loved it. She's a Scorpio so I got her the Scorpio.

I bought a lot from king ice. Only the gp and gold filleds are not satisfying with the pricing. Tried really hard to keep mine away from moists and also put it back when oxygen gets moisty from heat. Never sweat or took a shower wearing it. It corroded and tarnished real fast, didn't last me 3 weeks. A $150 to $200 gp or gold filled are not worth it here. I bought black outs, stainless steel, rubies and diamonds, these are ok. But king ice needs stamps. Not everyone knows king ice..

Been waitin my entire life for this and finally got it! Great quality and even better look! Pictures do it no justice! I have an DEATHROW chains now! Plain Jane, fleighweight, and the iced out! Been orderin from KingIce for 3 or 4 years now and love they're products! But u get what u pay for! Good lookin KingIce!

These are the sunglasses my husband has ever owned. They are durable and last a long time. This is his second pair and then only reason we ordered a new pair is because he lost the other pair. We like in Australia and the shipping is quick and affordable. He loves them that much that when he lost the last pair and you guys could ship to Australia because of covid he waited till your company could. 2+ years later and he is rocking the new pair.

My husband bought a chain on the 4th of April. After wearing the chain twice, it has discolored completely. The chain has been worn 2 or 3 times, was not in contact with water nor perfume and has been kept in original boxing for special occasions. We are very disappointed to see that it has discolored.

Customer Service has informed us we can get a refund but the refund has to be redirected to the same bank account. Since we are living in the Netherlands, we have paid with a prepaid creditcard making it impossible to refund the money to that credit card.
Customer service is not cooperating to find a suitable solution. Meaning, we have a product of lousy quality and the money is gone. What a scam.

Site and ordering was a complete breeze to go through and the shipment was pretty short and easy, product was exactly what was shown and even though it's too much me to wear daily, the chian is comfy and it's easy to put the Chao on when I go to social events

The order process was smooth and the item arrived in good condition. The clamshell box containing it was only barely large enough, to the point that there were scratches on the inside of the lid and indentations on the plastic bag inside which held the item, but the item itself appeared to be undamaged.

I ordered a wooden pendant necklace on feb 12 and paid for priority 2-3 business days. Well they say my item shipped out on the 12th and her it is Saturday the 16th of feb and still no package. I called everyday to see where my package is and the woman told me it was out for delivery last on Friday... well its Saturday and I still haven't received my package they must still be delivering it in the city... o_O... I will never do any business with these jokers again

I ordered this chain before as it was cheaper at the time. I ordered it again and it came very fast and the chain and pendant was BIGGER than the original I bought before and it looked great and even better so I can't complain about it being more expensive. Very high quality item!

I can tell this necklace is very well made I haven't had any problems with it I will admit when it came in the mail it was all tangled up when I opened it from its box but it still had plastic wrap protecting it.

The website was very user friendly and overall great quality. It was a perfect anniversary gift and arrived in very fast.

King ice is just scam company, quality is the worst iv ever seen. Bought shades, chain and bracelet. Shades are cheap plastic crap made by some kids in bangladesh from the cheapes materials. After few weeks of wearing, chain havent any sign of gold on it. Bracelet the same. Ur neck and hand will just turn into shrek, guees thats their main quest, turn all their customers into shreks for a ripoff prices
