All of their games are rip-offs (and very cheap at that). Apparently, their games end up becoming a slot-machine in the long run, requiring you to win by pure luck or by paying them money.

Candy Crush and it's variants are awful. The Farm Heroes are just Candy Crush with a different theme.

What's bad about this site they took down a game that's similar to them by name (and the said game is older than them, btw) for trademark and business purposes. Now, they own the trademarks for the word "saga". They can file a lawsuit for any game that uses that word as a title. Again, this was just done for attention-grabbing and money purposes. They also made a game called "Pac-Avoid" that is also a definite rip-off of some other game.

King.com is literally the blight in the gaming community.

It usually costs 3 gold bars for tickets to progress to the next levels in the game Candy Crush Saga which I have a fun time playing. I purchased 10 gold bars and I was charged 9 to progress... 3 times too much! I tried to contact King to explain this to them and kept getting an error message at the top of the page..."Warning something went wrong with the page, please reload." over and over and the e-mail will not go through. Then I go to my user account and attempt to view my transaction history and it won't load and the same message sprawls across the page (but... when I play the game... it mysteriously works just fine...) I feel as though it's not a secure place and some weirdos hacked my credit card... or simply King.com did. I enjoy the games, but I have high blood pressure and don't need the irritation. Act professional people, not greedy.

I have been a user of king games for years now and so has my wife but not any more. I lost 60 bars of gold I'd paid for because of an error on their part and they have never even bothered to get back in touch to my email I sent their customer services.
This shows they don't care at all about their customers, our loyalty of our hard earned money.

Worst customer service ever

I played for several months now and i won 718 euro
2 weeks ago wanted to cash out a part of my money and yes boing my account was blocked. They also acused mr for playing with several accounts, then they asked my to send a kopie of my id card and a good motivation, so i did. Till today i wanted to log in and my account was gone so i checked my mailbox and they sended my a mail

My conclusion PEOPLE DON'T PLAY FOR MONEY ON THIS SITE CAUSE U GET SCREWED THEY DONT PAY OUT YOUR WINNINGS

This site needs to be reported to the Internet Crime Complaint Center. I have read many many complaints just like mineas soon as I had winnings to withdraw they closed my account and kept the money I had won. Well over 200 dollars, the FBI has an online fraud division that investigates fraudulent acts of websites. Here is the web address. If enough people file a complaint something will be done. I was playing Candy Crush got to level 345 and Pet Rescue, level 175, I used up my lives in Candy Crush and took a beak, when I came back to play again, my apps were removed from my iPad! I have spent a lot of money for the extras! I contacted king.com. Asking themto put me back to the levels I was at! No response! Big rip off! Never pay for anything! Pet rescue won't let you advance without paying! I don't do Facebook, so I'm screwed!
