They cheat during game play. If you have a problem with purchasing or game play, they want you to take a screenshot or video of the problem; but you ran out of move and the level is gone. This is with ALL their games. And the purchases are too expensive! They are foreign scamming pieces of $#*!!

King i such a terrible company, when ever I've had a problem all they do is send you to the forums to look for someone elses questions and answers which aren't even close to mine (which I think is stupid)... king is the first website for me that has terrible customer service...
Hey king.com how about you communicate with your customers properly instead of sending them to your forums which don't help, plus why can only Facebook users post on your forums (I have a king account).

I am so irritated with how King is making gamers waste their boosters. About 60-75% of the time I will use one of my boosters to find that King will put it on the board in a way that it is useless. For example, getting a coconut wheel and forcing a player to use it as the first move in a way where you can't clear anything with it. What is the point of saving boosters for harder levels if you are going to force our hands to only be able to use it in a way that is can't help. If I were purchasing these and you did this with most of my boosters I purchased, I would see this as stealing or fraud. It's not like it happens just once on a particular level. I could use 4 boosters one after the other and every time they place the booster in the same way so they get used up without being able to help.
Make the game fair!

It seems King has given up on customer service. The programs keep crashing and wiping out the memory of stock piled bonus items. I had saved up over 60 items on candy crush only to open it up one day and have 1. No response from King, in fact the contact website does not work. It seems when you try to send an email the I am not a robot" feature will not recognize that feature. Great way to not have to field bad press, just don't take emails. Best advise short their stock and wait for them to do themselves in, you will have the last laugh.

There is absolutely nothing fun about a game where for every step you take forward the computer snatches it away from you. Those stupid levels where the "jelly queen" continually robs you of everything you've just accomplished are ridiculous. After spending a week on one level I deleted the game and went on to something else. This was neither fun nor relaxing. It was simply aggravating and frustrating. I know you think you make it this way so that we will give in and buy things to help us pass. However, our experience tells us that the things we buy will only take our money and seldom help us pass anyway. This is my last king game. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

Used this site years ago and since then have moved house, when i went back to king i got in touch with customer services to ask about old account as i could not remeber username, got no response, so i opened a new account and new username,, won over £100 on a £10 deposit and when i cashed in was told they were not paying out as i had old account, they still will not tell me what name i went under, it's an open market out there so this is their loss, there are 1000 of other game site i play on, and enjoy so i'm happy

The entire model is designed around trying to maximize their own profit margins, in selling people new lives, booster packs, additional moves. Anytime the luck isn't in one's favor, where it does come down to a matter of luck in the end; you can be assured that like in a casino the house will rig things to maximize the bank's own profits.

You'd be better off buying a game and not dealing with these shenanigans; then dealing with pay 2 win which is designed look free from the outset, but fleece people down the road.

This has been an on going matter for months, but yesterday was the total blow up, and I quit, went to my credit card co, and got refunded all the money I spent yesterday, I could have taken more but i'm a nice guy. Farm Heros Saga 359, won the game after spending a fortune, and a message comes up"Something went wrong, Please re load. Back to square one all over again, same thing happened after spending more money on that level, I won again, and the same message came back up. Sent them an e mail, not once but four times and still no answer, so I had my belley full of this off shore crap, and gave it all up. I think the part that gets me, is not responding to my mail, that hurts, just thumbing their nose at me and people just like me, what a shame, and to think that this group went public, not with my money.
