It is not an online store with a guarantee, more like a parasite that profits from the money you pay. If you pay for something and buy it?...mostly there is no way to return it and get your money back. The seller is usually an anonymous smart guy who sells a cheap shunt. So forget about any exchange and refund. They have quite cleverly figured out how to rob the buyer. In my case, it was enough to refuse the return by the seller who calls himself Sir Victors, because I opened the package and looked at what was inside. So Kilimall hereby supports local fraudsters and hides their identity.
They offer goods that you pay in advance, of course they don't have it and then it's a big problem to get money back from them, they stop communicating with you...
The goods (shirt) is very poor of quality from somewhere in Asia, it does not correspond to the offer at all, they are frauds, I would not buy anything from them again...

They are the best online store for electronics in Kenya. They have a very wide selection of products as well as brands. I doubt if there's any mass market electronic they don't stock. I haven't purchased other household products, so I can't comment on that

Well, I'd rather say that something it's a risk buying from kilimall bcoz as for me I have encountered fake adverts and quite poor deliveries, faulty products and even loss of money even after returning their product. It's quite stressfull and the customer care service operates more like a bot (not helpful)
