I placed an order online for my daughter on June 30th. I waited 5 days for the order to process & leave the distribution center. Then I wait 6 business days to receive my order. Once I received my order it was the wrong size. I tried to contact customer service for a refund on my shipping because it was around $10 for shipping. No one has contacted me back via email or social media. I returned my item in store & was told I wasn't able to get rush shipping on the correct size even though it was foot locker's fault.
I placed an order with Kids Footlocker FLX online I placed the order on the 15th was told the pair of shoes would ship out in 5-6 days. I also verified the item was in stock. I received an email confirmation of my order also. I last checked my order at 9pm lastnight it still said it was processing but they did not show any shipping information as of yet. I figured I'd check today that it should be shipping today. When I went into my account my order had been cancelled without notifying me. This completely unacceptable. I called customer service after a lengthy wait I get a young lady named Yania she said well we no longer have those shoes in stock. I said okay then if you had the item as of lastnight are you telling me just because we place an order online there's no guarantee you won't give our item to someone else. This is horrible service she said well what do you want me to say we don't have anymore. No apology nothing these shoes were part of a Birthday gift... I do so much online shopping especially since Covid-19 but I will not shop with Kids Footlocker FLX again.
Ordered shoes never go them contacted Kids Foot Locker they were really rude. They told me on their end could see that shoes were delivered. Did not refund or send out a shoe!
I placed an order over three weeks ago for ma son's birthday and still have not received my stuff and the party is today. This is unexceptionable and ridiculous.

I order my daughter some shoes December 24th 2019 from kidsfootlocker told me it was gonna take 9 business days To finish the vest aegatian on my daughter shoes so I contact UPS UPS told me the driver put the shoes under a rug and ask the supervisor at UPS what rug because I don't have a rug on my property so that means they put it at someone else's house and I don't understand how do I lose out on a $147 pair shoes and when I contacts kids Foot Locker they told me well give us more time it was easy to get my money but it's hard getting your money back from companies when a tell you 9 business days we were have everything finish no shopping with them no damn more
I placed an order for a pair of Jordan's and Jordan socks, the order was delivered to the wrong address and I'll so I called. Kids Foot Locker then decide to open an investigation and I had to wait 10 days, if they could not find my package then they would ship me a new pair (expedited shipping) so after the 10 days I called back and naturally the shoes and socks I ordered was no longer in stock. Needless to vsay I was pretty upset since this was a Christmas gift for my son, who was really looking forward to getting his first pair of Jordan's. So I opted to try and place another order for a different pair of shoes, but they could not do this because they had already processed for the payment to be credited back to my debit card. I was livid since I clearly states that I didn't want my money back I wanted to get my son his shoes so now I have to wait for the money to be credited back to my account and place another order ( will certainly not be through Kids Foot Locker and by that time they will not be able to get them to me in time for Christmas unless I pay the extra for expedited shipping. ALL BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP AND WERE DELIVERED TO THE WRONG PERSON ( who obviously was a piece of crap for not returning them knowing that they weren't for them)! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN FROM KIDS FOOT LOCKER!

My wife ordered shoes for my 7 year old for Christmas. They emailed her 3 days later to tell her the shoes are no longer available. If not available they shouldn't have them on their site. They caves is $10 off credit so we ordered another pair and they were not the same shoes as the picture for them depicted. Customer service apologized and sent out a replacement the next day and stated they would update the wrong picture. They sent the same exact wrong shoe that we already received. Then I ordered a new pair on 12/14 for a Christmas present and the web site states order by today to guarantee for Christmas. 6 days later I receive an email stated the shoes are longer available. This is rodiculous that you order shoes and they tell you a week later they aren't available. If they aren't available they tell me when I try to Order it not a week later and Christmas almost here. Their customer service when called doesn't care one bit and does nothing to help. The company is a joke and I will never order from them in the future. I them order from champs on 12/20 and had the shoes before Christmas. Champs delivered what kids footlocker couldn't on 4 separate occasions. Don't ever order from kids footlocker!
Placed an order online, got a notification stating that my order was delivered by the post office yesterday May 18th. Called Customer Service at Kids Foot Locker being nice explaining the situation and the rep named Tiffany had the nerve to raise her voice at me so I asked for a Supervisor, Supervisor gets on the phone and tells me there isn't anything they can do, I need to contact the post office then call them back and within 4-5 business days they will be able to credit me. Neither Tiffany or Jennifer took my order information to even look at the notes that the representative I spoke to earlier in the day put in my order they basically put it back on me to handle this. There has been another time where my order went missing from a different company and they were kind enough to handle everything on their end. Apparently with Kids Footlocker it is the customers responsibility to contact whomever they have chosen for their delivers and find out what is going on, they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I WILL NOT be shopping at Kids Foot Locker nomore.

I ordered two pair of shoes I only received one. The delivery date for the second pair was 9/30/2020.
I called and spoke with Leah (rep 4785). She stated she was a resolution specialist, which she was NO HELP at all. She talked over me and gave me no resolution. She told me that I would not have gotten a scheduled delivery date w/o the package.
This showed me she wasn't listening to what I was saying. I have added the email that shows the scheduled delivery date for the shoes and I have not received. Basically she called me a liar.
Leah stated that they shipped the shoes to a company that was closed due to COVID19-NOT MY FAULT. The girl that transferred me to her stated the same thing she said that if I haven't received the shoes by 10/3/2020 to call them back, they will do a review and THEN I will POSSIBLY receive a refund.
I would rather go to the store and purchase the shoes.
I would like a refund and Leah stated she could not cancel my order or give me a refund. If I do not receive the shoes HOW am I supposed to send the shoes back and receive my refund. Leah also stated that I could not speak with a supervisor that she was the supervisor, BUT at the beginning of the call she said she was a resolution specialist... They are RUDE and unprofessional.
Leah also stated that once it is shipped it is out of their hands. So, Basically once they get paid there is nothing more they can do about it.
She also said that the website shows the covid19 restrictions due to shipping, I have yet to see them. BOTTOM LINE she is not a people person and needs to be FIRED.
