I contacted customer service via email 4 days ago & I have no heard back.

You cant they dont answer emails and their phones have been disconnected

I stayed on the phone for 2 hours still didn't talked to no one. SMH

I called several times and the line was busy. You have to wait until they feel like contacting you.
