I tried to order my son some shoes and after paying, I received an email confirming the transaction. Never received shipping confirmation, rather received a message stating its "taking longer than usual" and they are "trying to locate my item"... BS! Link to check order status on their website does not work and the phone number simply states to to to their website. No way to find out what's happening. My only option was to cancel the payment.
Ordered a sweat suite online, never received pants, called 3 very rude people told me they don't have the pants in stock, yet when go on the site 8 days later they say in stock. Then they tell me it takes 5 days to get a refund and hung up. I will never shop here again and will be telling my family and friends the same.
Ordered a pair of shoes and they lost package. Tracking lead to delivery in wrong city. Between Kids footlocker online and ups shipping a scam is taking place. No refund of money paid, and no replacement of shoes until a 10 day investigation takes place. Horrible customer services and replacement policy. Will not be shopping online with them again.
Worst service ever! Ordered my kid spiderman Jordan's for christmas. A week later I call to see where his shoes are and they tell me his shoes are not avalible. They never planned on telling me until I called! Now he doesn't have his Christmas gift! So unprofessional!
I was sent the wrong color and 3 sizes bigger for my sons shoes. Still have not received my refund smh. It has now been more then a month and I've contacted them on all social media platforms and no reply. I'm PASSED pissed.

I felt like this was a legit company that everyone has heard of and had no fears about ordering from them, even during COVID. I ordered shoes, got the wrong size, and returned them with insured and tracked package. After three weeks, I was never refunded and cannot get anyone to answer on phone or email. Basically, it seems they stole my money like so many other people's. Wish I had seen these reviews before I lost $130.
I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me the wrong pair. I've been trying to get in contact with them for five days and they aren't answering my emails or phone calls. I will never order from here again. I am very frustrated and do not recommend buying from Kids Foot Locker.
I called to follow up on my order. After waiting for over 45 min on the line, finally I got an answer. Then the representative who was helping me hang up on me. A total disappointment. I called again waiting 35 min to get someone on the line. To find out my package was the wrong size and it shows it has been deliver. But I haven't received it. A total of waste of money and time. Now I won't be able to surprise my daughter for X-mas.
The staff were kind and very helpfull. They make you smile no matter what mood you're in. Ryan, one of the staff members at braehead shopping centre, kids footlocker, was very easy to make conversation with.
I ordered a pair of NIKE Kyries 4 shoes for my son for Thanksgiving on 11/25/2018. 47 days passed, I still have NOT received it. I called hundred times and send hundred emails, but nobody answer me. The Tracking number is not real, They did NOT send the package to the UPS.
Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away! Never order!
I made a purchase on 11/7/20 only to be told at 5:40am via email today that the item was sold out. Upset about my order I go back to their website this morning and was allowed yet again to add the exact same item that I was told was sold out back into my shopping cart along with the item showing available in another size. This is not only false advertising but very poor customer service. I was suppose to receive a call back to complete a survey about my experience that I have yet to receive as well. I will be checking my account to make sure the money was debited back to my account due to the fact that I was initially told by one customer service representative that my account would be refunded in 5-7 business days only to be told by a supervisor named Gregory Baez that my account was never debited. ALL BUYERS BEWARE! I am aware that things are different due to Covid19 however business practices and customer service should be the main priority ESPECIALLY now in these trying times
I placed my order of a Friday using the promo code on the site for 25% off the coupon was accepted the cost went down to $111 so I placed the order shorty after I got an alert for the purchase from my bank and the amount of $148 so I immediately called their customer service to be told once you get your tracking number call us back and we will give you the difference cool inconvenient but OK. I call back on sat with the tracking number to be told that I needed to give it another day before they can process the refund so please call back on Sunday or Monday. I waited until Monday called again only to be told that I need to wait until ups actually pick up the item before this refund can be processed.
3 different calls since my purchase date and still haven't been able to get the refund processed. Due to covid 19 the call time wait time is 50 to 60 minute wait. Error on your behalf should not be this inconvenient for the customer. Damn
Spent $81.00 ($84.00 after tax) on a pair of Nike Kyries for my son in an effort to get him a pair of shoes that could take more abuse since his other pair of shoes were worn out. He wore the new shoes from Kid Foot Locker for 2 weeks and they developed a hole. Apparently, the store has a no refund policy. So if you spend a lot of money for kids' shoes at this overly priced store, you had better hope they will last because they refuse to take them back if they are worn at all. Don't take a chance with your pocketbook because if the shoes are defective or don't last, you're left with a pair of unwearable shoes and a hole in your bank account. I would NOT recommend Kid Foot Locker. Shop somewhere else. Payless is better.
Ordered shoes on July 1st 2020. I received an email July 5,2020 stating my order was processed and that my shoes were on their way to ups to be shipped and a tracking number. I looked up tracking number and it states shoes were never dropped off by Footlocker. I was supposed to have received my shoes today July. 9 2020 but the shipping information has not been updated they never have ups my shoes. Only emailed me a bogus tracking number! I emailed them but have gotten NO REPLY! Give me my $90 back! Footlocker.com! Now is not the time to be ripping people off for their hard earned money! Especially while the whole world is in a darn pandemic! I will be reporting to the BBB and everywhere until I get my money back!
I find deals for my kids' shoes here. I usually look online first to see if they have anything cheap and then I go to the store so the kids can try them on. For the last 4 pairs of shoes I've bought for the kids they have been from Kid's Footlocker.

I ordered online for convenience and paid for shipping to have my order by a certain time. I was shipped the wrong pair of shoes not once but twice (wasn't even in the same age grouping). The third time I finally got the right size, although not by the date I needed it. While I do understand mistakes happen I'm unable to understand how a major company doesn't do something to make up for their mistakes. I wasn't refunded any of the money I spent, I was given a coupon if I spend a certain amount of money there. I'm now receiving several emails saying I'll be sent to collections if you don't receive the shoes that are too small (which I don't have a label for) or receive payment. So not only was my order wrong twice, not only did I not receive the shoes by the time I needed, but now it's my problem to get your mistakes back to you. This shouldn't be my problem and I certainly didn't spend money at your business to have to handle your mistakes.
I am so tired of going online or in store and ordering things only to find out they are not in stock. I have to prepay for them and when they are not in stock I have to go back to the store to get my refund! Terrible customer service! I will never order from here again!
