Customer needed a deadbolt with a punch key pad. Went to the web site, researched the available options, chose the Lockey 2200. Keyless Locks Store contacted me the next day to insure my order was placed and the steps to take if something went wrong. The lock arrived within the time period stated.

I was told the item was in stock. "We have lots of them, how many do you want?" The next day when I ordered it they processed my payment without having the item in stock. It was a 2 week back order. When I called the lady said that she was "locking in" my order so when they came in 2 weeks from now they would ship it. A far cry from having "lots in stock"!
She processed my credit and 4 days later still no credit... ugh!
Contacted the Keyless Lock Store because we were having problems with our keyless entry. As it turned out we did not get our keyless entry from them, but they could not have been more helpful. They took the time to try and help us with our problem and we thank them for that.

It was my first time ordering an item online with the Keyless Locks Store. Since I was somewhat unsure if I was doing my order correctly, I called the phone number listed on the website. The customer service woman was so helpful in walking me through the entire ordering process. I even had to call her back since I had accidentally put the wrong color of item in the website's shopping cart. The customer service rep was so patient with me and helped me get the correct color item and proceed to the final sale.
In need of a replacement latch for a pool gate lock, which pool gate is required by state law to be closed and latched, I explained my need to quickly obtain and install the latch. The contact person was very helpful and placed the order. However, after a few days, I was notified that receipt of the latch would be delayed due to receiving stock from a foreign country. After a week's delay, I found another supplier who had the latch in stock. The contact person was very helpful in cancelling my order.

I called and was in a pickle from a lock I bought for my fence gate and I need something to fit my 5" door and she immediately knew what I needed and even made the suggestion oft I get an oil to use to keep the lock in good working condition. Thanks for your help.
Installed this lock on a wooden garden gate. Instructions were clear and helpful. The gate was not fitted for a lock so I had to drill my own holes. The template included with the lock worked like a charm. The lock works great and allows me to secure my back gate without the need for a key.

I made a first time order today and changed my mind on what I ordered. I called and the company gladly and quickly canceled that order and had me place a new order for the product I really wanted. Really helpful people at this business; no complaints. 4 stars instead of 5 only for the 15% restocking fee, which seems both unnecessary and usurious. In this case, my fee was 3x even what the shipping was for this item.
This system works well for my sliding patio door. I was very concerned with the original inability to lock the door from the outside and that you couldn't enter with a key... The Keyless Lock system is the perfect solution! Very sturdy locking system and it's sleek and secure. Semi easy to install, but I would suggest two people or a s very good handyman?
This is a review of the 2835DC. The lock has a weight and heft that go along with its high quality. It is easy to change the code, operates well and inspires confidence.
We purchased it for a community garden gate, being tired of the inexpensive combination lock and chain. Overall, the installation went well - be sure the support pin engages the latch which may be a problem if your door is wider than normal or if the latch has to be mounted off-center in the edge of the door. The support pin may be moved to the inside body if needed (instructions do not cover this.) Also, the Phillips head screws should be replaced with security-type screws for added insurance if the area is breached and intruders have access to the inside.

TheKeylessLockStore carries a product which allows me to install a lock on a 5" thick door. I have been unable to find this anywhere else during a lengthy search. The people I spoke with at TheKeylessLockStore were extremely helpful and accommodating and product delivery was prompt and convenient.

We reviewed your order and found that we did have LS-7i's in stock on 9/4/2018 when we spoke to you, but these were sold out by the time you placed your order 2 days later on 9/6. That is why this item was marked as "Out of Stock - ETA Oct 2018" on our website and on your receipt when you placed your order. The manufacturer was also completely sold out at that time.
Also, our records show that you asked to cancel your order on Fri, Sep 7,2018, at 5:08 PM and we refunded you at 5:21 PM that same day. You can see this in the Refund Confirmation email we sent you. Our part of the refund transaction was complete at that time, however, banks can take a while (up to 10 business days in some cases) to make refunds available. If you have not yet received your refund, you need to call the toll-free number on the back of your credit card, as we no longer have control over the funds.
