I was told the item was in stock. "We have lots of them, how many do you want?" The next day when I ordered it they processed my payment without having the item in stock. It was a 2 week back order. When I called the lady said that she was "locking in" my order so when they came in 2 weeks from now they would ship it. A far cry from having "lots in stock"!
She processed my credit and 4 days later still no credit... ugh!

We reviewed your order and found that we did have LS-7i's in stock on 9/4/2018 when we spoke to you, but these were sold out by the time you placed your order 2 days later on 9/6. That is why this item was marked as "Out of Stock - ETA Oct 2018" on our website and on your receipt when you placed your order. The manufacturer was also completely sold out at that time.
Also, our records show that you asked to cancel your order on Fri, Sep 7,2018, at 5:08 PM and we refunded you at 5:21 PM that same day. You can see this in the Refund Confirmation email we sent you. Our part of the refund transaction was complete at that time, however, banks can take a while (up to 10 business days in some cases) to make refunds available. If you have not yet received your refund, you need to call the toll-free number on the back of your credit card, as we no longer have control over the funds.
