I purchased a Keter shed in January 2023 from Home Depot. The shed came damaged. I called customer service to address this issue and the customer service agent started talking bad about me (i guess she thought I was on hold). I then emailed them pictures of the damage and called out the agent who was talking badly about me. I was immediately offered a refund of $100 and that they apologized for what I heard and that I was not placed on hold first. Well just this past weekend we had a little wind storm, my shed completely damaged. I reached out again with pictures requesting a refund and they said they could not help me and forwarded me their 'weather warranty'. I am so disgusted with this company and the $#*! products they sell for thousands of dollars. Three months of a headache with this shed that I paid over a thousand dollars for! Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company at all costs. They do not care and their products DO NOT hold up! Ohhhhh and the best part is they said that I CAN purchase replacement parts haha! Nope not wasting anymore money.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE to deal with!
May 28, 2021

I purchased a Keter shed from Costco. Two main parts had been damaged in shipping so I contacted the office on May 12. They started the process to replace the parts and asked that I send a copy of the receipt and photos. I was also informed that parts come from Israel and they would take 4-6 weeks. A confirmation email came in with a case # and I sent the requested to them within 15 minutes. I replied to the confirmation email and also cc'd another email that they had given me. I then received an auto reply confirming receipt.

Seven days later, I get an automated response with my case number saying that the replacement parts have not been shipped as they are still waiting for the requested receipt and pics. I call them immediately and the person verifies that they received by email and the parts would be shipping next week.

One more week goes by and I get another automated email with my case number saying that since I did not respond, my case was closed. I again call and they confirm that my case was closed and no parts were being shipped. I went through the entire story with the guy and he finds my emails and apologizes. He then tells me that the parts are now officially ordered and they will take 4-6 weeks.

This company has MAJOR customer service and/or computer system problems! Although the product quality looks good out of the box, you can't rely on their customer service if you ever need it. I was partially attracted to their product for the long warranty but from my experience, good luck if you ever have a problem!

Un producto muy básico. El precio es muy barato, pero obviamente el producto no es nada excepcional. Bien para presupuesto bajos que no necesitan una gran calidad
