Good experience and the site is easy to use. However the price was a bit high and I believed I was getting a different item based on the description. I ordered a DJI Osmo Action and believed I was getting a DJI Action 4, which is why I paid just under $200. Currently the Action 4 is their most recent camera retailing at $299, and the DJI Action I received is 4 years old. I believe I paid $170, so a bit high from what I expect from a 4yo camera. Still happy with my purchase and order completion was quick.
It said on the list that it was going to be a black version but when I got it was the silver one that I got. When I got the camera it was not working and it never really said that some parts are not working.

I'd back this up to zero stars if I could. I don't know what takes so long to process a return. Even with RMA and within return window, it takes 1 week ground shipping and at least another week for them to open the box and see what arrived? They certainly take their good 'ole time getting your money back to you. After several days, KEH found no issue with one of the lenses, and the other had significant focus issues. So of course they are keeping $10 shipping and have initiated a refund procedure, how long does that take. Although the purchase went fine, returning is another matter altogether, I'm not happy with KEH and how this all played out. I will not be purchasing anything else from them and advise you to think twice before you do as well, they apparently don't like to refund even when there are factors indicating the product is bad.

Ordering used gear can feel like a gamble - but not with KEH. I know that the body and lenses have been tested and will be exactly as described. My body and lens came in a lovely KEH branded new padded case. Everything was like new at a reduced cost to me and I can't wait to take my trip and use the gear. Thank you KEH!

When I look at the grading system and compare it to what I've purchased, I'm never disappointed. I always get exactly what I expect.
I am very happy with my camera. It has the features I expected and seems like new. The only disappointment was that the charger sent with the phone did not match the camera's battery. The slot in the charger was much too small, and the camera's battery did not fit in it. Luckily, I had a cord on hand and could charge the battery while it was still in the camera.
Lens came well packaged and looks like new. Shipping was delayed by fedex, but no fault of KEH. At least I don't think so.
Purchase was as described, but the description could have been better. Would have been nice to see photos of the actual camera before I ordered, not just a representative photo. Would have been nice to know that the light meter and focus area were a bit faded. Still usable, but not as clear as on other units I've seen.

Generally good. I did have some early fears as I didn't have an instructions and the camera warned me it was overheating as I tried to set the preferences. I apparently had the screen on too long. I shut it off to cool and recharged the battery and everything seems OK. I down loaded the manual from Fuji's web site and I have since ordered the original manual from you. It should arrive today.
