I've purchased from KEH several times and what impresses me the most is the reliability of their ratings. If anything they tend to underestimate the condition of the lens. I've not been disappointed or disagreed with the quality of anything I've bought from them.
The camera is in my estimation, mint and the delivery was so quick and seamless. Years ago a friend told me about KEH. I didn't need you until now, and you have made me very happy. My old D90 lasted 13 years, thanks for the opportunity for me to continue my love affair with the model.

The Oly 40-150 f4-5.6 looks new! The "plastic fantastic" is a perfect match with my E-M5iii and my Oly 12-45 f4 Pro.
There was an inordinate delay by FedEx, with my "overnight" lens sitting in Mississippi for 4 days. I realize there were weather delays, but they need to be more upfront with customers about delays as soon as the weather delays started.
Initially, I was a bit skeptical to buy used lens and also KEH. After days of online research, thought of giving it a try.
Delivery was on time as promised. Ordered the LN- condition on this lens. It was exactly as described in the condition. Packaging was super thick! A tsunami wouldn't have put a dent on the lens in that packaging.
Overall, good experience. Will definitely buy used lenses from here now.
I am very pleased with KEH's service and quality. I was nervous to buy an expensive, used camera, but KEH has my trust. The quality of the camera I purchased exceeded the rating on the camera, in my opinion. The delivery was within a day, though I am close to a KEH store. Very impressed!
The delivery service dropped the box from my second story stairway deck. It wasn't intentional but certainly concerning to watch a two story drop. The lens seems to be ok. Great job on the packing! I wish delivery service slowed down a bit. Seemed to be in too big of hurry.
Both arrived in excellent shape. I have put two test rolls through and unfortunately the shutter on the lens seems to be sticking. I have "dummy" shot it a number of times without the film back on and it seems to be working now. Will put another test roll through today.
My order was received in the time promised and was exactly what I ordered. The condition of the camera and lens was beyond my expectations. The first roll of black & white was shot and developed by my son and the pictures are wonderful. I'll definitely do business with KEH again!
I love shopping at KEH because I have confidence that I get a good working gear. Perhaps my only complaint was that when I ordered this Sony A6600, I expected the original battery to come with the camera. Instead I got a 3rd party battery. Maybe perhaps in description it should state.
I spent a half hour on a zoom call with a nice guy who looked at all my gear and saw most of it was all in good shape and then sent me a list with a total price of around 1500.00. He said it all looked good and that was it. I shipped the gear to them and it took them about a week to come back with a different offer of only 800. After having shipped the gear it was not worth getting it back so I took their low offer which had no explanation as to why the reduction. If I had know they were going to cut me in half I would never had sent the gear. I feel used and abused and like I was totally ripped off especially since no explanation.
I've ordered lenses and cameras from KEah before and they have always taken good care of me. My most recent purchase was a D5100 for my wife who's getting into photography. It came in great packaging and in great condition.

Part arrived quickly and appears to be in excellent condition. This was a replacement for the ballhead that came with an old tripod. The levers on the old one broke over time, but the tripod is still going strong after more than 20 yrs. Of abuse. I thought about getting a different ballhead because the old one never was that great, but I decided to just replace the orginal one. Price was a bit higher than I wished for a used part, but the head looks like new. It's great to have my old tripod just like new again! KEH is a great place for quality used gear, and I would use them again.
Not happy. When I visited the site, I thought I was buying a new camera. The description never said used or refurbished. It is used and did not include the transfer cord, memory card, lens cap, camera strap, original pkg/box or the instruction manual. So I am having to go to Youtube to learn the various dials, features and functions of what I thought was a new camera. I also had to buy a memory card, lens cap and am shopping for a transfer cord all of which raises the price. I should have purchased from a regular shop that sells a new camera in its original packaging. Not worth the hassle.

My Canon lens arrived on time and packed with lots of bubble wrap, but the original box of the lens was not included. I'm not sure because the lens looks brand new but with out the original lens box and packaging I'm lead to believe the lens might be a store display. In any case I'm very pleased with it and I can take very nice pictures with it at a very reasonable price.
I had some equipment that was stolen in Hawaii and one of the things that was taken was my manual for my new Nikon Camera. Fortunately, the camera was not taken because I had it hanging on my neck! I was so excited to find a copy of the handbook! Thank you KEH!
