I received an email asking if I had received my order 9 days after I ordered, probably just after I had been searching for emails from KEH to try to track the order. I did not see that email until a week later when my husband asked me if his present had shown up yet. I had to call my work to check because I don't ship expensive things to my house for porch pirates to steal. It arrived yesterday, 6 days after that email. I don't know if it passes inspection yet, as the knowledgeable recipient hasn't got his hands on it yet.
This is my first experience with Keh and I'm very impressed about the variety of products they have in stock.

I've purchased and sold several lenses and camera bodies through KEH. Their website's UI/UX is always trouble-free, their selection is quite good, and you can always count on the quality of their used items to be as good, or better, than listed. This would be a five star review BUT for a missing lens hood.
The camera I ordered exceeded expectations. It was rated EX+ but I couldn't find ANY signs of use. AND the shutter count was around 5150. Almost like getting a brand new camera.
The lens is perfect. Clean, no signs of wear, the glass is spotless, everything about it is exactly as described except the lens hood that was supposed to come with the lens is missing.
Shipping was quick, everything was packed well, and I appreciate the follow-up to make sure I had received the package.
I called customer service and they promised a follow up. With the holidays and all, I am ok with not having heard back yet. If the hood shows up, this is a five star review.
Just starting out, and dont have money for brand new. Took a gamble with this site and lens i bought and it paid off. Very pleased with shipping and how my package was packed. Lens looked and worked like it was brand new. Definitely be using this site and referring people.

I have been buying and selling foto gear from KEH since 2017. They have always been consistent in their delivery and honesty. They follow up on each order and the buyer or the seller is kept updated as to when products are shipped or received by them. The Nikkor 24-120mm lens arrived extremely well packaged! The lens both in appearance and functionality are better than expected and exceed the qualifiers of the KEH rating! Buying used lens from KEH is a better shopping experience than eBay, especially when eBay merchants do not accurately rate their photography equipment nor in many cases, do not accept returns. While some may like the auction experience, I just want accurately rated photography equipment at a practical price point with a guarantee!

I came across a used lens that I was interested in purchasing at a great price. However, when Iproduct to buy it, I found out that the only option available was the most expensive version, ev clicked on the en though other versions in different conditions were listed as in stock. This felt like false advertising as the seller was showing products they didn't actually have in stock. Eventually, I ended up buying the one that was available, and it was in proper working condition as described.

From start to delivery this was a perfect purchase. The lens is outstanding, KEH couldn't have done better in every facet of this purchase from packaging to shipping. The attached photo was taken with the lens I purchased.
The product I order arrived sooner than I expected. It was totally true to the description listed online. Over the years, I have learned to check with KEH first. I can't think of a time when I was disappointed with my purchase.
The camera and lens don't even look used. The gear has been awesome and the pricing was great. The only issue for me is the use of FedEx for shipping as I don't have good experiences with the local FedEx delivery service.
Not too much to say apart from the title. Ordered a 500c body rated ex but there was fungus in the focusing glass. Luckily it was a late model 500c so I was able to purchase a clean glass from another vendor.
I chose Bargain grade used lens. And outside of the lens look like new but inside of lens, there are 2-3 marks but as they mentioned, those are not affect to the picture quality. So, I'd take this. Because I got this really reasonable price. The hood and front lens cap are original but rear lens cap is other brand's cap but that is fine.
Excellent service. Camera arrived exactly as expected, in like new condition. The battery charger was even still wrapped in its original plastic packaging and camera was in its original box. Very happy with KEH!
KEH always seems to underrate what is coming my way I have never ordered something ex or above that hasn't come to me in what I would call like new condition. Your underrating is always in our favor and I appreciate it.
