KEH

I've had several purchases in the past few years, KEH has always sold great used items in conditions better than prescribed. My recent two purchases,one in late 2022, and my most recent 1/23, were actually in a lower condition than rated. I was still pleased with my purchases, maybe this is to sell more items, but my fear is this is the beginning of the downfall of KEH.

After looking at several sites selling used canon lenses and asking friends I opted to go with KEH. The lens I purchased was not the cheapest on sites that I found, it was in like new condition extremely well packaged for shipment and was exactly as advertised. I would readily consider purchasing from HEH in the future.

I would suggest when you send a camera body, please add a cap on the camera, its more professional and of course add protection.
Other of that you guys are great!

Had a problem with my first used lens, they provided me with the return paperwork and I received my replacement this week, shot some great photos this weekend

The item I received, a Rollei prism, was in virtually perfect condition. It arrived very promptly, and the price compared very favorably to those on the online auction sites (which are not always trustworthy). Above all, I had the peace of mind that comes with KEH's warranty. As always, very pleased!

Ordered a new camera and the quality is great! I picked like new, and it's basically brand new. Officially shooting mirrorless and my photos have improved tremendously. Highly recommend KEH, save yourself thousands!

The Canon EOS Rebel T3I body was in excellent condition. The camera powered up and works fine. This is a second body and I plan to mod this and use it for astrophotography. I'd recommend more people pick up an extra body or two. And if your strapped for cash start out with a low cost used camera and lens. They are about as good as new models.

The camera relatively quickly. I was surprised that buying a product that was rated "Ex" had so many scratches on the body and on the view finder. I was slightly disappointed.

Having purchased and sold equipment with KEH numerous times in the past when it became time to purchase equipment again it was a no brainer to go to KEH. From their selection, grading standards to amazing customer service there is no better place to do business with. These folks are the best!

Have been a customer of KEH for over 20 years. Being a professional photographer in Atlanta has never been easier. I have never bought equipment new and always take advantage of KEH. They are always my first stop.

I didn't pay anything for shipping because I was willing to wait, and I'm so glad that I did. The package came (in my case, a Canon ef-s 10-18mm lens) in its own small pouch to hold the lens wrapped fully in bubble wrap. I didn't have any hassles. Despite the lens not having a front cap (that was due to the previous owner), the lens was unharmed. That really impressed me. 10/10, easy.

The used Nikon D3200 I ordered was shipped the same day, actually, within an hour of placing my order! Arrived quickly & was exactly as described. I couldn't be happier with my experience with KEH! They have earned themselves a loyal customer!

The lens arrived on time. It's condition was as described (like new). I have purchased a number of items from KEH at a range of price points and used conditions, I have always felt that the condition of the item I received matched its rating.

I'm so stoked to have a different lens for my Pentax 67. The 105mm is awesome but this 45mm gives me so much more space in front of the lens... I'll be using it for commercial + lifestyle work all the time!
