The website was easy to navigate to find the lens and electronic flash I was looking for. The package arrived undamaged. The lens and the flash were very well protected in bubble wrap. Both items work great with no problems. The used flashes are a great deal with most being less then $10.

I had my eye on one model of camera and was contemplating on getting it. I waited and by the time I went to buy it it sold out. The newer model was available for only $50 more so that's what I did and am very thankful that I did! It's a clean high quality camera and the price was better than eBay and other sites. The warranty and ease of website helps make it a no brainer.

I just received a 105 mm micro lens. It was in good condition as described. It was wrapped with protection.

I was pleased for the most part with my purchase except that the camera battery charger was the wrong one. I am not able to use the camera due to the fact I can't charge the battery at this time. I did contact KEH and they have sent a replacement (I just have not received it yet).

KEH had the Nikon D3X camera mounting plate I wanted at a fair price. The plate arrived in great condition and worked as expected. It was a good transaction and I will consider this seller for future purchases.

OK, except that this purchase was a gift, shipped directly to the recipient. An invoice was placed in the box with the gift, including price. I really, really didn't want the price known - I'm in a better financial situation than the recipient, and don't want them to match value with a future gift to me.

I bought a new camera, once. I paid $2,000 and today it is worth $30. New cameras depreciate faster than new cars. My used equipment, with a 2year warranty, from KEH was a much smarter investment than new equipment.

First time buying from KEH but won't be the last. The Canon 6D was is perfect condition, the packaging was first rate and it arrived a day early with a little soft cast to keep it and an extra battery. Very happy
