I spoke with Cindy for about 20 mins and she was awesome at making sure I choose the right lens for what I needed! I am very pleased with the Nikon mirrorless Z 5 camera. I am starting a photography business as a retiree, and this camera will serve me well. The description is "Like New" but I can't tell if it has ever been used!

I have purchased multiple cameras and lenses from KEH. Quality has always been accurately described and shipping has been quick. All items were very well wrapped and have arrived without any damage in transit.

KEH is very easy to navigate through all the products. I love how they tell you the condition of the item and gives you the specs of the products. My camera and other ideas I bought came in a nice sized box and extremely well packed with bubblewrap. Also, a bonus was my package came earlier than expected, but this was before the holiday rush season.

With KEH I have absolutely no complaints. I am completely satisfied with the guidance that has been provided me, the recommendations and the condition and quality of the products purchased. I have made either three or four purchases form KEH and will make more but thus far FEDEX has been less than reliable on two of these, including one where they flat out lied about attempting delivery. T

Received my camera quickly and the equipment was in great shape. Excited to start using it. Only suggestion I would have is the way they are packaged, I almost dropped the lens when I was unrolling the main bubble wrap with both the body and lens wrapped up in it.

I received a Nikon D7500, the Wifi and Bluetooth were not working. Camera would not update to latest firmware. I called KEH and without issue, they offered me a replacement. Waiting on it to arrive.

Bought a Lumix S5 on sale, my first hybrid camera. I don't have it with me yet, sent it to a friends address and he is bringing it to me, so I can't make a product review but buying process was very easy and transparent, seems pretty reliable

My only hangup is I wish they made it clear that certain things needed certain adapters, bit otherwise the shipping and customer service is amazing.

There was a problem with lens I ordered. This was clearly not KEH's fault, as the problem was extremely hard to detect. I notified KEH and received an immediate offer of a refund and shipping label. That is the way to do business. Love KEH

I've been looking for a lens that was satisfy my needs which was the 70 to 200 2.8 Sony lens checked out keh looked at a few reviews and decided to take it and trust it and like a lot of YouTubers would say they are reliable, fast and easy. Receive my lens used but works like a charm. No problem.

I love KEH. Nate even called back and corrected something with the order that wasn't caught at the time of the order and he fixed it. A minor thing that was not a deal breaker but he did right by me. They always do. I understand why some old film caps are not included with the purchase of a camera but wish they were, but that is not a deal breaker either. Everything arrives just as described. I recommend KEH.
