My first purchase from KEH but almost certainly won't be my last. The Nikkor 85mm f/1.8 was fully "like new" as advertised, and I paid substantially less than what other online dealers were offering used copies for.
Great experience. My D7100 was listed as Excelent, meaning it could have some cosmetic wear, but this was indistinguishable from a brand new camera. I've already recommended KEH to a friend, and I will definitly return in the future. I may never buy new again!
Received a quote for 200 dollars more then what they decided to offer me. Dont bother selling here, if you have time, chose another service to sell your equipment. Theyll tell its worth this, then turn around and underball you.
KEH listed a SONY A7 IV on their site that they didn't have. I had already paid for it and wanted to know when it would ship. I called to speak to someone and nobody answered, so I left a message. I was called back and told that they didn't have the product and that they had emailed me that morning with the same information. I checked my email, including my spam folder. NOTHING. No email about the lack of inventory or cancelling the order or anything. I won't be purchasing from them again. If you can't keep your inventory or your story straight, I certainly can't trust you with my money.
Prompt shipping. Reliable tracking. Perfectly sufficient packaging. Haven't finished any roll of film yet to be able to speak to the accuracy of the condition description but I am hopeful and trusting the SLR's were properly tested and cleaned. Purchased a Pentax ME Super in "excellent" condition. Appeared to be so. Purchased a Sears KSX Super in "bargain" condition, but looked pretty good to me.
Wish you had a better description. Lens came without caps or hood, which is standard equipment. There is no place I see to order the hood which I would very much like to have.
Bought this rx10vii as a travel / hiking camera where portability is necessary. Camera is in excellent shape, consistent with the KEH rating. Primarily use Nikon DSLRs, so am taking time to learn menus and functions. Electronics working fine so far. KEH's 6 month warranty is a comfort.
Item was described as being in excellent condition however only half of it was the actual oem charger. The other half was a replacement that was intended to be a replacement part. It fits but rather poorly and raised questions about its safety to charge a $3800 camera as intended
Packaged well, however I don't recall mention of an impact damage to the front ring of the lens. Otherwise the lens is in pristine shape and working order. I'm not as concerned with the front ring as I think I will be able to hold a rectangle filter in front of the lens without problem. I have not been able to test this area yet, but I think it'll be OK. My main concern was that the lens operates as well as its rating of EX+. And I think it does I'm very pleased with this order and with KEH.

I recently purchased some used equipment from KEH. The order was my first, it had several lens and accessories. The equipment came in a protected box with no issues. The items where exactly as described. I have had no issue with the equipment and already order another lens from KEH. I am very pleased with KEH on equipment and returns.

The online shopping experience was great - about 90% of camera lenses that I looked at had detailed explanations on their features and best use cases. I was able to find a lens within my budget and have had time to use it. It works so well! Condition is as described. Couldn't have been happier with my purchase.
Overall very pleased with the purchase. Found a couple of very slight marks on two filters. All filters were rated as excellent, so, I might have a small issue with the rating. The pricing was very fair in spite of the above issue. Will purchase again from KEN Camera.
KEH was easy to deal with. I first ordered after market manual focus lens that I returned for credit. Then ordered used auto focus lens. Credit processed very quickly and lens (which I love) arrived in two days. Looks new and may be the best lens that I own
I ordered a pre-owned camera. I was very happy with the purchase and the warranty. I also purchased the additional two year warranty because it was a great price and way to protect my investment. I chose KEH because of the research I did and they have a good selection of pre-owned equipment. The equipment came quite speedily as well packed. Well. I will be ordering from them again.
I love KEH. Most of my gear comes from them. I was able to find exactly the right lens I was looking for and the price was excellent. The lens was rated EX+ but it's hard to distinguish it from brand new. It was not advertised with a bag, but that was a very nice touch for this 20 year customer.
I had no issues with my order, everything came in the same condition they were shown as on the site. Camera in excellent condition and works perfectly. Lens were clean no dust and very good condition. Overall great experience.
