I ordered shoes through rush delivery, not only did I not get my shoes their website say I cannot get my $35 shipping fee back. Sound like a scam to me.
I bought a pair. But when I retired my old shoes and wore these for a day... I found out there was an arch on the outside of the foot screwed up my walk I couldn't wait to go home and change shoes. Keen honored there customer satisfaction... They sent me another pair of blems... Sent those back they sent me another pair, with bumps on the inside of the toe area... Traded those in for another pair of blems... Gave up the whole shoe idea and went to their sandals... And yeah the right sandal was deformed... If you have to have a pair of keens I suggest you go to a retail outlet and try them on and walk around for a few minutes before you decide you need them... In my opinion they're absolute beautiful garbage... Good luck... you're going to need it
Can't believe that you cannot exchange a pair of boots for a different size after 30 days, purchased in November Igiven to me as a Christmas gift wanted to exchange them for a large size in January and was told to sell them on eBay or social media great customer service
These are simply the worst shoes I've ever had. Keep wearing my under armour shoes because these are impossible to tighten as they've stretched after less than 40 days. The lace style is garbage as well.
I had the hiking boots for 3 months and the sole on both shows started to come unglued. Additionally the waterproofing only lasted for a short time. Customer service replaced them under their warranty process. Unfortunately I really didn't want another poorly manufactured product.
I am an active hiker and have to rely on shoes to keep your feet safe and sound. I've owned Targhee II mid hiking boots. They are comfortable to wear with wide toe area shoes, I have to admit. However, they do not last. I've bought the boots about 6 month prior to my long anticipated 500 mile hiking trip to Spain. First thing that went out was the shoe laces. They just fell apart and could not tie them in the middle of hiking day. Then after about 100 miles into the hike the waterproof fail at the front toe where it bends near sole area. I had to live with wet feet the remaining miles of walking, not to mention smelling feet due to wetness in the shoes. Then about another 200 miles later, after rubber part of heel wears out it's exterior cushion wears out so fast that I had hard time finishing the walk. Limping while walking. After the trip, I complained this to the Keen and they are not going to do anything about this. This is not going to be my hiking shoes anymore.
I have worn Keen sandals for years (purchased from retail stores). I purchased a pair on Keen website a month ago. Had a defect in a loophole on one sandal and fit was significantly tighter than all my other same size Keen sandals I have had before. I emailed them from their website twice since long hold times to replace and after a month of no reply I finally reached Keen by phone after 45 mins hold. I received the absolute worst, unacceptable customer service I have ever received even when I spoke with Manager she was VERY RUDE and all I was asking for is a pair in a size that I could wear. I have never received such rude service when the customer wants the product that they can use. The employee was rude and did not resolve such a simple issue. To have such horrible customer service on what is a premium priced sandal is a deal breaker for me giving them any future business! I will never buy Keen footwear ever again! Shame on Keen to lose loyal customers over such horrible service when they could simply reship the correct size like Zappos, Amazon, and every other online company! Buy other brand sandals where the company values your satisfaction and gives service in the cases there are both defects and fit issues. Additionally they removed this same review from their website as others have also posted so their website reviews carry no validity. Do your research if you choose to buy.
Any not favorable comments you leave on their social media they quickly delete. Sandals have a average shelf life of 6 years regardless of use. Then the glue breaks down as explained to me by Brad the warranty manager. The EVA footbeds contains a carcinogen (cancer causing agent) called formamide. Good luck!
Bought at Duluth Less than one year old. Although they are great walking shoes the exterior is awful
Bought a brand new pair of. Keen targhee iis off ebay from a shoe store, brand new in the box. 3 weeks later the soles are falling apart and keen refuses to warranty them because they were sold from a official retailer... IF YOUR BOOTS WEREN'T GARBAGE IN THE FIRST PLACE! Ridiculous! Stay away from keen
