Ralph promptly replied to questions before I ordered and was very helpful. Delivery was almost immediate! Ralph even checked to make sure I had received my product and gave me tips on installation. Ralph's service was outstanding! I needed help troubleshooting the installation of a clawfoot tub shower ring. Not only did he diagnose the problem, he shipped the necessary parts to me on a Saturday, then followed up with several very detailed phone calls with instructions to make sure I understood the fix. It's a rare thing to find such a high level of personalized customer service. Ralph is a gem!

My wife (an architect) and I live in a farmhouse built in 1880. We wanted to replace an old faucet on our clawfoot bathtub. We called a large faucet supply co. (we found on the web) but they didn't have (and never heard of) the type of faucet I wanted to replace... After a few more mouse clicks I somehow landed on KB distributors... I gave them (Ralph) a call, and he couldn't be more knowledgable and helpful. Not only did he direct me to the perfect faucet but when I told him I was having problems removing the old one, he asked me to send pictures to see if he could figure out what to do. Needless to say he remarkably knew exactly what I had to do, and helped me (with phone support) install the new faucet. Everything is working perfectly! I can't say enough about how great an experience it was - THANK YOU RALPH & KB Distributors!
I feel that the price for the product I ordered was very good, especially compared to another site I looked into. The shipping time is very quick! I am surprised to receive my order just a week after placing it. I have not received my order yet. So I cannot comment on that, but I am confident that it will be great.
