My experience with Ralph W. At K&B Distributors was as good as it gets. I Needed help in the particular faucet/shower assembly I was buying and Ralph was able to answer all my questions and make helpful suggestions. At one point he went above and beyond assisting me.

I purchased a set of faucets years ago and when the drain on one of those faucets was ruined by our plumber I was able to contact Ralph and he found the information on my faucets and was able to sell me matching replacement drains for my faucets.

I shopped around to find the faucet but was not able to locate one until I spoke with your representative. He also assisted me in making sure that all the hook up hardware was included. Everything I ordered worked perfectly and the quality is outstanding. The assistance provided is appreciated. Thank you.
