I am very pleased with my purchase. I love my tub and sink faucets. Has the look and quality I was looking for. I ordered the wrong faucet for my clawfoot tub but Ralph was very helpful in helping me find the correct one and returning the other. Retuned my calls and kept me informed on the products I ordered. I highly recommend the products and customer service was great. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

I love my old claw-foot tub, but drips happen. Sometimes it's just easier to change out the entire faucet than to fiddle with all those little bits-and-pieces (washers and seats and stems, OH MY!) but it's gotten really hard to find a new claw-foot tub faucet for sale at any of the gigantic/local hardware stores...
Found you online, liked your selections, got just what I needed - and easily did it myself.
I'm now "officially" a little old lady living in a little old house, and it sure felt good replacing my faucet all by myself. Thanks for helping me stay independent (and sorry, Mister Local Plumber... I won't be needing you for a while.)
I needed a replacement faucet for an old clawfoot bathtub. The existing faucet was leaking badly, and my contractor had been unable to stop the leak, or to find a replacement locally. In frustration, I went on line. I found KB Distributors and called and explained my dilemma. I was assured they had just what I needed, but I sent photos of the existing faucet for confirmation, since I was concerned that fitting a new one to the existing plumbing might be a problem. The faucet KBDistributors sent was perfect, and the installation was a snap. Plus the item was shipped immediately. I'm very thankful for their help in solving what had seemed an unsolvable problem.

Ralph at KB Distributors provided excellent customer service. I needed a spray attachment for my mother's antique claw foot bathtub and had been looking for a match locally without success. I spoke to Ralph on the phone and he sent me exactly what I needed, at a very reasonable price. I was able to install it myself and it's working great! My order actually got shipped back to the seller but Ralph called and said there was a problem with my address so I ask if he would send it back to me again, no problem so gave him my PO Box and I got the faucet and the shower head and he didn't charge me me to ship it the second time.
