I hate that I have to give this one star just to write a review. I ordered a rug which it listed as a "soft pile" rug. My a$$! It's a giant sized place mat! It's just as thin as a place mat for that my grandmother used to put out on her fancy table. There is no pile' to the rug at all. This sucker might not even be 1/4 inch thick! And as for the bedding set, what a joke! It's more like a giant pillow case to put your old duvet or comforter INSIDE of and then you zip it up. Not at all like it is pictured. Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! But you know what his company is very good at making? They mastered the art of making themselves invisible and nonexistent when you try to contact them. Don't waste another breath in your life even reading these reviews! This company makes giant placemats and pillowcases and sells them as rugs and bedding sets! Just back out of their website and go live your precious lives. Don't even give them one more heartbeat of the blood that pumps through you!
I am very offended since my fiance Manny and I have nothing to do with this business or selling quilts and yet they are directing their upset customers to our Facebook page. TO THE SCAMMERS KAYLEE AND TEPID, If you keep on messing up with our business by using our name, brand, Facebook pages, or social media we will take legal matters against you.
We don't have any relation with you and had ever met you. If you got ahold of our website is because we are public and our videos doesn't promote quilts or any arts and crafts.
Lucky even got a Star. Never got product. Some how the Stupid process put my City and State with my Grandson"s street address. So never got product and have no idea where it is. They will not help locate this item not have they let me know if it was shipped back. So they took my Money.
The product ordered was queen size QUILT AND QUILTED PILLOW SHAMS.
What I finally received was a flat sheet and pillow cases that would probably Fall apart if I washed them, and still look nothing like the quilt I ordered. I have included 2 photos below. The first is the quilt I ordered. The second, the package I received, not even close to being correct. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS SITE!
These bad reviews and comments are no lie. On their site are fraudulent reviews. This site is a scam. I ordered a rug, and it's like an oversized dish drying sheet. They've obviously ripped the image of the rig that I wanted off of the internet and printed it on this foam mat. It's literally pixelated. This has got to be illegal. I feel like I just burned $80, which is pretty much what I just did. So. Mad.
I ordered their beautiful 8X5 Coastal rug. Handwoven. In January 2020.
Its May 20,2020 now. I just received my "hand woven" rug. It was a 6'X3'8"pc. Of VERY THIN foam like material with a very blurred picture of my rug shot on top! I've just opened up a dispute case with PAYPAL.
By my photos, I have one photo that they use to advertise the beautiful handwoven rug with. What you get looks like some thin cheap beach mat. It wasn't even the right size I ordered! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST BEFORE BUYING!
I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I ordered my 'rug' in January and received it yesterday. I had really written it off as a total rip-off, but did receive something. The thing I got is too thick for a blanket with little nubbies on the bottom, and too thin for a rug to walk on on the floor and not have it slide out from under your feet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
The 'carpet' I received is not like the picture they showed. The guitars are blurry photographs and have white stains or faded patches all over them. Definitely not worth the almost $100 I spent.
It appears legitimate. I thought I was ordering a rug. They took the $ and the rug never showed up. When you try to call the number that comes up on your credit card statement it's missing a number. I reported it as fraud to my credit card company but still out the money.
If I could give them a zero I would! I wish I saw these reviews before placing TWO orders. I ordered early December for Christmas presents and I didnt get them till today, 1/6/20? The quality was horrible. The graphics were not as sharp and colorful as seen on the site. Instead is looked like a bad copy. Refund are also useless because you will pay to ship it to them which will probably cost more than the ridiculous item. STAY AWAY!
This is a horrible company to deal with and their products are terrible. Substandard materials and workmanship. Although it says they are in France on their website, they are actually in China. They won't refund your money either. If you want any kind of refund you have to send the product back to them in China. It would have cost me $70 to do that and the product cost me $60. While Paypal found in my favour, I had to return the product in order for them to back me. Save yourself the aggravation. They even admit their product needs improvement.
My order took 30 days to arrive at my doorstep and let me say that I will never do business with this company again. Each time I inquired they would send me coupons for discounts on future orders and this made me even more upset. They care nothing about you or your purchase. They kept saying your top quality carpet is being made. When I received it and unwrapped it..., I'd never seen such a hot piece of garbage in my life. It's not even a carpet. It's a 8' x 5' photo rubberized mat. It came folded up in a two foot by two foot square. How many of you have purchased a 8' X 5' rug and could fold it into a 2' X 2' square bag... It's more like a bathroom matt than a rug. Take my advice... shop somewhere else if you like receiving good products because you're going to waste your money with this company. I ordered some doona covers from Kaylee and Tepid and never received them. I sent so many emails which were all rejected in the system. There is no way to contact this company to get a refund. Do they even exist? I have put in a formal complaint to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. I did this online and it only takes a couple of minutes to fill out. It's for people who have been scammed by online shopping companies like this who steal your money. Please stay away from this company. Please see attached receipt of purchase USD$68.41.
I ordered a rug on 12/25/19. Have never received it. Have emailed them numerous times, wanted to know when it's coming. No answer. I have now asked for a refund still no answer. Very poor business and I guess my refund will never come.
I seen the address was a empty lot, too late, I paypal them. Contacted paypal right away. They closed it saying they were not a scam. I looked again and now address is in Singapore? They kept sending me emails to put me off. All emails from different names in company where same email address that now gets sent back to me as no real address. Paypal has reopened my case. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM< DO NOT. SCAM
Ordered a custom printed throw blanket from this site. For $69US, so I expected it would be of reasonable quality. When it arrived, it was so thin you could almost wee through it. So disappointed as it was supposed to be a gift for a friend, but the quality was so cheap that I had to buy something else and - well - the purchase was a total waste.
Crap product. Poor customer service. Will never purchase form them again.
These "bedding sets" are misrepresented online. They are bad, blurry, CHEAP photo-shopped copies of someone else's products on cheap thin fabric. Will not refund money. I contacted them within 20 days from ordering for a refund. All I have gotten is excuses and an offer to refund 30% of my $287.50 order. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I cannot believe that these people actually continue to get away with selling what they do for prices they do. I relied on the reviews from their page, which are CLEARLY bought and paid for! Do NOT buy from this junk company unless you want to spend 12 times more than what you ordered is worth. They have NO customer service, I emailed probably 5 times and got one response from them.
Ordered a rug which I paid via paypal, this company said it was sent but I never received it. Opened a paypal dispute which resulted in Paypal taking their side as they say a tracking was provided, so paypal shame on you for taking the side of a bunch of swindlers
My decor is rustic modern. Browns and greys. I ordered a quilt with a moose and beer with what appeared to be dark colors. I got a cheeply mad ( looked like sheets sewn together) with what looked like images spray painted on a white sheet, A pink Moose? Dark blue purple bear? The thing could not have cost more than a couple dollars to make and with a king size, I paid 20 to 40 times more than what it is worth.
I cannot use it, look at it and no way sleep under it. It also smells very weird.
Kaylee should be ashamed of herself -assuming she is even real.
Dishonest, highway robbery! Disgusting!
