If I could give this company negative one million stars I would. THIEVES of the worst kind. I ordered a thick pile rug. What I got was a folded up mat with a picture sprayed onto it. NOT EVEN CLOSE to the same item and they won't take the mat back and offered me a tenth of my money back. STAY AWAY, there are so may good companies out there, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIPOFF ARTISTS! Does that picture look like a plush thick rug to you? It fit into a mailing bag!

The product is nothing like what was shown in the photo online at luxetric.com (first photo). Basically, the "quilt" consists of two sheets sewn together and not one stitch of quilting (2nd and 3rd photos). Total Scam! Finally received the quilt almost three months later after filing a claim with my credit card company. I initially made my purchase on March 27,2020 from Luxetric. I purchased a Sanderlin Bear Walk Plaid Quilt Bedding Set for $72.90. I received an email (from Kaylee and Tepid) stating it shipped on April 16. I tried to access the Luxetric.com website to contact customer service, but it was no longer active, however, it said to contact the customer service for homentic.com. After several email exchanges and different shipping numbers (all with dead links), I finally emailed the customer service rep and requested a full refund; she responded to me on May 19th and said that she was updating the shipping information and that I should be patient. Who tells their customers to be patient after waiting two months? I kept checking the shipping information for two weeks and there was no change so I contacted my credit card company to file a claim. Lo and behold, it arrived today, June 19 (almost three months later), but only after I contacted my credit card company.

They put very very nice pictures on the internet make you think you're buying a comforter and then charge you $70 for a comforter cover that you cannot return I bought this as a Christmas present and I sure do like the other people on here wish I would have read these reviews first you just made me not want to ever ever ever buy anything off the internet from anybody and I will be reporting them and I think we all should report them to the better business bureau

I regret not reviewing this company before spending my money. The comforter cover I purchased was not as pictured. The comforter had a ski collage/theme and looked fantastic in the on-line photo, but the on-line depictions are deceitful. When it arrived each of the pictures in the collage had been enlarged from an original and were horribly BLURRY. It is also cheaply made. Unfortunately, I also did not realize it was shipping from China. And because it shipped from China, it took over 5 weeks to arrive. This company cleverly created a return policy designed only to make them money on their shoddy products. If the return is made after 30 days of purchase, all costs to make the return are on the purchaser. So a product that took 5 weeks to arrive would cost me at least half the original cost to return it. This company is a sham. Beware and do your research before purchasing a product that seems too good to be true. I will endeavor to spread the truth about this company on every review site I find.

I ordered a quilt from these people in early January... it was described as 100% Pima cotton... all organic... IT IS NOT EVEN CLISE TO COTTON! It is not soft... it is smooth and shiny... I'm sure water will run off it like plastic!
The people I got it for would take me for an idiot if I tried to pass it off as cotton! So aggravating to be scammed...
These quilts and other products are advertised on face book under many different company names... DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM

I placed an order on January 7 2020. Beautiful pictures on Facebook. Good reviews on the ad. BUT I should have checked the company on Google and checked the online comments. As soon as I received an email saying the items had been shipped and the site used an emoji from Despicable Me, I knew. I knew I had been scammed. The company said the items had been shipped and I was to receive a tracking # in "30-ish" hours! What a joke! Their site says they use DHL shipping, which also has bad online reviews. BUT the shipping emails (2 of them?) were not from DHL and they said the parcel could not be delivered because the delivery address was incorrect. So this scam Kaylee And Tepid company has not even put the correct address on the package? What a scam! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is a fraudulent company. I ordered a blanket on January 20th; today is February 21st, and I have yet to receive the blanket. When I attempted to contact the company, the email bounced. I tried to go to the company's site, only to be informed the site could not be reached. I've been had... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! If I could have given it a negative rating, I would have!
