I was interested in rug bought wrong size contacted company within minute to cancel in email and fb IM they said it was too late and I needed 24 hour notice to cancel. I said I just ordered 4 min ago! And they said too late.
And now rug hasn't come in. No tracking number and won't credit account!

I am disappointed because I expected a table cloth for a table seating 6 people instead I got a bath towel sized product 35inches by 50 inches! This cannot fit any table!
Took forever to get here. Cheap Cheap Cheap! It is not a quilt at all, it is a thin coverlet. Do not waste your money. Not bothering to return as there is no return address and they take 20% off a refund that I doubt you will get. Beware of this company.
Order a 5x8 rug, what I received was a moving blanket. Nylon stamped on print, the back side is quilted. Cam in a 14"x24" bag, a rug normal comes 5' long rolled up. Company kept saying sorry you don't like it and we don't do returns for that. Now the credit card sided with them. This company is fraudulent, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
The product was not as represented at all. The color was wrong the material sleazy, and the print was digitized and very blurry. The only offer of refund was for 30% of my purchase price. They should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook.
I still haven't received my merchandise. They took my money. Blocked my emails I guess they just stole my money you might as well say. And I don't have money to waste. I'm not a rich person. That was a special wedding gift. I ordered for my daughter. And all they did was steal my money.
I am so upset they should have indicated on the website that this product is from china I still have not received my rug it is very upsetiing and when i check the tracking it shows that it is still in china has never left china to be shipped to california I may ask my bank to refund my money if i dont get more information to them
They took my money in January and never sent me my rug Now there is no one to contact and I am out my money. Should have read reviews. Chinese ripoff!
Ordered a bedroom outfit. Said ordered received. Billed my credit card, got an email saying once a tracking number is generated they would informed me... never got a tracking number! Kept sending emails inquiring about my product and then Kaylee and Yepid shut down their email...
The ad shows what appears to be a beautifully appliqued and quilted blanket. What I got today, was a cheap printed piece of thin fabric, sewn and lightly quilted onto another thin piece of fabric. I bought it as a gift, but will not insult my friend by sending this piece of garbage to her. I'm giving it to my cats.
Cheap garbage 4 times because we ordered 4 "Cotton Bed Sheets Spread Comforter Duvet Cover Bedding Sets" Ditto to all the other 1 star reviews. Two cheapo sheets sewn together. Advertised as cotton. Nope. Flame test on a loose fiber confirmed our suspicion that it is polyester. And cheap, see through polyester at that. No content/care tags as required by the US Government for fabric items sold in the US. I'm in the process of trying to cancel my order. Found out they are in Singapore there is no number and the payment acct on PayPal was *******@azcozy.com which is different from the kayleeandtepid website message page. I've contacted PayPal and they screw you just as bad as the scammers. I don't know how they are allowed to do this. So I am out $109 for a rug that either I will never get or will be $#*!ty quality because it comes from China. Tried to report them to Facebook which is where I saw their ad. What a joke! They won't do anything either. Beware!
Hello world. My name is Mike. I am retired and living on a fixed income. I purchased a conforetter from Kaylee about the 15th of december 2019. A christmas present. Mouth goes buy a month and half goes by. No Conforeter. At lest 6 times sending email. Response each time we are working on it BS. By the way Kaylee was payed. I also reported this to the Federal Trade Commission. Kaylee is based in Singapore China. This tells you a lot kaylee. Dishonest Company
Ordered rug on 12/28 as of 2/16 still no rug! They even had an excuse of because of the threat of the coronavirus they are telling their warehouses people to stay home for a week! I've filed a dispute with my credit card and possibly with the Federal Tade Commission!

This is the biggest SCAM ever! I ordered an 8 by 5 carpet that came the size of a couch pillow for $100.00. It took over 1 month to get here! I kept inquiring and they kept putting me off until it came. I did not open it and called Visa the card that I used and they were very familiar with this site. I notified the Kaylee company and everybody is right you have to send it back to China which cost $60.oo. CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY and DISPUTE this! They said I definitely have a case and I WILL get my money back! It might take some time The credit card company will not charge you interest while it is in dispute! I WILL keep you updated! I ordered this in Oct 27?
This company isn't even worth one star. They suck. They scammed my kids out of $70.00. My kids ordered what was supposed to be a comforter set. Not only was the comforter not stuffed at all, but the design is totally not was they ordered. The design looks pixelated. I cannot stress enough how upset I am that my kids got scammed.
