This is a total ripoff

Kaylee and Tepid have never delivered the item I ordered and the last email I got from them promised that my item had been inspected and promised to send a tracking number within 30 hours. Never got it or my purchase and they have taken their web site down and you can't send a message via the contact form. It comes back as "try again later". I have been defrauded of $79. I wish I would have known how shady this company was before I ordered. Never again.

Ordered in late January and never received my order. Of course money was taken. No responses on e-mail. I think they took my money and folded. Too bad because I really liked my items. I learned the hard way to read reviews FIRST.

I ordered the king size comforter, it's more like full size and the zipper is broken. I've emailed them and my emails are being bounced back as can not deliver. Can not connect to server. They no longer exist?!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying.
I purchased an owl rug for my daughter, thought I was receiving this lovely carpet pile rug with owls on it as advertised Instead I received an oversized bath mat with computer printed owls. They are dispicable and should be held accountable (I wish).

I ordered a pillow cover with a sweet pic of a crescent moon and a yellow Labrador Retriever dog that looked just like my dog. The only reason I ordered it at all was because it looks like my dog. After waiting a month for it, what I received is an entirely different pillow cover with a very blurry, pixelated pic of some small, fluffy white dog. The pic was obviously copied from somewhere, blown up on a computer and printed on the cloth. I would have preferred to give them no stars at all. I am trying to get a response from them about sending me the one I actually ordered, but I suspect t it will be equally as ugly and poorly made, and I will likely never get a refund.

Total Scam!

I ordered the Moose CLA ******* Quilt/Blanket. From the picture, this is an appliqued (something I have done tons of), beautifully quilted work. What I received was a poorly printed piece with huge meandering quilting. Went on-line to fill out a return request and their wording leaves them tons of leeway for rejecting returned items.

I'm sure I will never get my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM! False advertisement. Then refuses to refund when proof was provided. Even PayPal wouldn't refund. So done with them too! Almost 3 month dispute open. Had to send $#*!ty item back. Which cost me another $45. Then PayPal decides in their favor and provides no explanation.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased, but that's what I get for making an online, emotional, impulse buy. I recently lost my black cat and when I saw the picture of the black cat bedding, it just brought tears to my eyes and I immediately went to the website and hit buy now. When I finally received the package and opened it, I thought they had shipped it to me inside out because the colors were so off. But no, that's how it really was. The colors are off, the design is hard to see, and the quality of the material and production is not at all as advertised. Check out the pictures to see the difference between their ad and what I received. Also, their website does not work properly at all. I'm glad I decided to wait for this to arrive before I ordered anything else, which I will not. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, I did not read any reviews before make my purchase. I bought a German Shepherd area rug from them (actually Homentic) for $110 over a month ago. First tracking number didn't work, then after 3 weeks finally got a good number and it shows a label created but merchandise never given to FedEx. I've emailed them countless times because there is no phone number for this company, only email. I just keep getting the run around. Still no answers. Requested a refund several times. Still no response. This company is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I'm furious.

On the website what I ordered looked like a nice handmade quilt on sale. It turned out to be a piece of printed cloth with some quilt stitching on it and no stuffing. The print on the cloth was very poor quality like they'd copied it from the internet and it got blurry as they made it larger. I had accidentally ordered the wrong image as well and when I asked about exchange they said no. That would have been reasonable for an actual quilt, but for a piece of printed cloth I think that was a poor response. This isn't worth the money.

Quilt Garbage

My wife and I ordered a "Sheep quilt" and received literally 2 sheets of cloth sewn together while pictured item showed thick quilt with appliqued sheep. Reached out, they offered 8 dollars refund for a 60 dollar purchase. Covered part of shipping if I accepted. Really, what a piece of garbage from a garbage management. I would not recommend buying thread from this company, it would probably arrive in pieces, and you would be charged to return the falsely advertised item. What a sad, sad company.

Total scam

Do not order from this company! I ordered two quilts. The company sent two totally different items that were not even close to what I ordered. They at first refused to accept a return. After several angry emails from me, they said I would have to pay the return shipping charges to Shanghai, China which even on the slowest boat were 3 times what I paid for the articles. They then refused to refund my money. After several more emails from me, they blocked me and my last email bounced back. Not only were the items not what I ordered but were extremely poor quality. I can't use them for anything and cannot get my money refunded from the company. This is a total scam!

Trying to return item
January 15, 2020

I bought a twin/single (what I thought was a comforter) for my grand daughter for Christmas, when it came 5 weeks later, it was a double to queen size duvet cover, I have been trying to return as way too big and the response I get is, send pictures? I sent order number so why the hell do they need pictures, I now will report this company as they obviously are scammers!

I ordered a beautiful looking Christmas quilted queen size duvet and shams after Xmas - what I got was a cheap flimsy polyester "sheet set" with the picture of the one I ordered printed in it - all blurry, pixilated horrible colours and not even close! The whole package was the size of a men's dress shirt! Offered me 30% discount but I wouldn't put this anywhere in my home. PayPal is investigating as well as Amex.

Return Policy Stinks

When trying to return the inferior rug I purchased, they offered to refund me 30% of the value. How ridiculous is that. They also offered to give a 30% discount on a future purchase like I would EVER buy anything from them again. I can see how they stay in business--they sell inferior products and then make it almost impossible to return it. I am keeping the rug to remind me just how stupid I was.

Unfortunately I did not check the reviews before I ordered my rug. I really liked the design so I ordered it. How very sorry I am. It is beyond substandard and certainly NOT worth $50 (on sale from $100). There is no way that I would EVER order anything from this company again.

I fell hook, line and sinker. I ordered, then read the reviews. Shame on me.

To write a review I had to give them one star; even one star is one too much.

Don't think that when ordering "bedding sets" you're going to get fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillow cases. In reality you get one poorly made "blanket" - made out of two pieces of thin cotton sewed together and two equally poorly made pillow cases.
It looks like a child might have sewed them, which makes me sad to think perhaps child labor was involved? The tracking honors out of China and Singapore.

Their email responses are computer generated and the express shipping is a complete joke.

It looks like I need to return to either France or Singapore, which will be costly. I've placed a dispute with my credit card company.

Very poor quality product and when you email and ask for return label they give you a address to china for you to pay for the shipping than will minus shipping from your total, only give 1/3 credit and 1/3 store credit. I don't want any store credit for the poor quality products that they sell. They need to let people know up front that it comes from china. Also it sits in customs for literally weeks before it ever hits the U.S. I would not recommend this company to anyone and if you want to find out more google them and see the article on Home goods HOAX and scam.

I bought a bedspread from Kaylee and Tepid. It took over a month to receive the item, which was shipped from China. Then it spent most of the month sitting in customs. When I did receive it, it was too small for the bed! Being in my late seventies I feel I've been defrauded! Worse, I can't find a photo of the design I purchased on their website to include with my review.

Like so many here I should have checked for reviews. I checked on the site where it talks of
Canceling your orders. They change a 20% fee to do that! I will be contacting my credit card company.
As soon as I saw the China address I knew I had been skewed.
