I wasn't sure about ordering online from a site that I didn't know about before, but customer service has been great and my dress fits like a glove from the custom sizing that didn't cost me extra. They even worked with me to make sure I had the specific details that I wanted. I admittedly got nervous in between when I couldn't see tracking info, but essentially the dress ships from China and the tracking info only kicks in once it hits US soil.

It for extremely well and was super good quality and I spoke to them about a couple issues with shipping and they were very helpful and super nice! 10/10, Thanks for your help me choosing this wonderful dress! Will buy more from here!
Completely satisfied with my wedding dress.
You should know that I have done a lot of fitting in specialized stores. There is a dress where I fell in love with more than $1100... I said to myself that it really becomes a business... and frankly I after looking on this site that I knew already and I found practically the same. The only thing that was different was the sleeves!
So the girls go ahead and do like me go to stores to do fittings just for the style and shape and after bought on this site! I'm so happy to find a wedding dress that is gorgeous and affordable. It arrived in a few weeks, just as promised.
Love this dress! Not too short, but mini enough! Lined so it isn't scratchy like a lot of sequin dresses! So excited to wear this to hoco! Almost all of my classmates love this style gown, and they just ask me where I get this dress, I told them I choose Kateprom for this special occasion, I will let all of my friends to get them dress from here!
I was a bit about buying my prom dress online, but I do not regret! The fabric looks good and the dress is amazing! It perfectly fitted me and it was delivered on time. They were helpful through out the process. I'm looking forward to wear it on my prom. I will definitely be buying from here again!
