DONT SHOP HERE! It is unfortunate I cannot leave no stars for this location. Horrible customer service. Crappy products. I had to dispute with them and ship items back to them twice just to receive a refund. It wasn't about the money. That I have it's about the principle and I didn't want Kami shade to have any of my well earned cash since they don't deserve it. Tried calling them and emailing but only response I would get was how rude. This has literally been a nightmare and I don't wish it upon anyone Kami shade needs to go out of business.

The worst company I have ever had thee dis service to deal with not only do they fraud their customers, they should not be in business, they don't even have a phone number because they make that poor of quality clothing for a RIP off price. DO NOT DO BUSINESSES with this company. Save your hard earned money go to the store! D from the better business

Could not wait to get the multi colored sequin dress. I was so excited to see the package I dropped everything and ripped open the package. I was shocked when I tried the dress on. I would have to be about 7 feet tall to wear it. The model in the picture showed it well above the knee. This dress came all the way to my ankles. When I looked in the mirror I looked down and realized there was an entire section with no sequins in it. After all the bad reviews(which I wish I had read first) I have decided to bite the bullet and just toss it in the back of the closet. What a waste of $140.00 dollars. PLEASE, PLEASE do not waste your money or time.

I would give a 0 if I could. This merchant is not reputable. Don't be bothered. When trying to get a response about an equitable store credit after a return-I got none. They don't do refunds so they can easily resell your returned merchandise and not issue the credit of what you spent. You won't be able to speak to a live person so after sending multiple emails to multiple addresses-I gave up. Sent the dispute letter and screenshots in to my bank and Amazon pay because you see women lie, men lie, numbers don't and neither do screenshots. How petty to hold a few dollars on my credit hostage-I rather not to do business at all...

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Bought a sweater that I'd seen for years that I loved on here. Purchased it and 6 weeks later I didn't have it. I contacted the store and after filing a complaint with my credit card, they sent it. When I got it, it was trash! Not worth the $95 dollars I spent. Then I sent it back and they wouldn't refund the money since I was in a dispute with the credit card. I had to beg and plead for my credit card company to not give the money to them and let me keep the credit they gave me. They did; thank god. So I was luckier than many here in that I got my money back, but not from Kami Shade from my CC company.

Whatever you do, do not spend your time or money on this site. The quality is bad, the customer service is the worst (got a nasty email response), and you will wait weeks to get your item.

THIS COMPANY STEALS! About 3 months ago I purchased 400 dollars worth of products out of these 1 of them was the wrong size which I cannot fit, 2 others were just completely wrong items that I did not order. Return info is vague and unclear, then a month after I ordered I was sent a email that 2 more of the items were sold out and to go to the site and pick replacement items. I went to the site and picked replacement items went to check out and received no discount or anyway to redeem the replacement items. I have sent MULTIPLE emails to get the same automated response every time as if no one has even read the emails. I also have called MULTIPLE times to get the same answering machine telling you to send an email. I am now working with the better business bureau for almost a month and this company has not even responded to them, which shows they really don't care about there business or the customers spending money. I am out of 5 items at this point which is a couple hundred dollars they have just STOLEN my money don't let them steal from you. The BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU is envolved at this point don't waste your time energy and money on this so called business!

I was expecting to write a glowing review but it saddens me to have to write a bad review, my next step is to file a complaint with the bbb and a dispute with my credit card company. I placed a order, carefully measured myself and used their sizing chart to determine the correct size. After waiting longer than the expected time for delivery, the garment came. It was beautiful and it fit (although a little snugly) but it was a halter and it would not even meet at the back of my neck. Since their return policy clearly states that I am entitled to a exchange OR store credit, no refund, I opted for a exchange and asked for the next size up. I had to email them 3 times after I returned the item to get a response from them and finally they responded with a store credit. That would have been fine if I could have used it to order the same item one size larger. The problem was I would have had to pay an additional $54 for the exact same item. How that happened, I don't know. I sent the item back 2 days after I received it. It took them 5 days after they received it to notify me and suddenly I have to pay $54 more dollars for the same item? I didn't ask for a store credit, I asked for a exchange, just one size up. It is not unusual for a lady to have to exchange an item, especially if you can't try it on before hand but it is unreasonable to expect someone to pay $187 for the item... find that their measuring chart is WRONG, have to pay $8.00 to return it, and now have to pay an additional $54 to buy it again? The same item? When their very own return policy says that I am entitled to a "store credit OR exchange". Well I wanted the exchange and they refused to give it to me. It is hard to get this company to communicate with you in a timely manner, their phone number is a fake number and now I believe as others here believe that they don't appreciate their customers, they're greedy, heartless, unethical, and they have no intentions of following their own policies. I will not do business with them again and will not suggest that any one else do business with them either. This was a stressful endeavor and it's not over yet. All I did to deserve this stress was try to purchase a jumpsuit. If you have had similar issues with this company, file a complaint with the BBB and also the following Government Agencies:
