Total cut throat business lending! They received their government sba bail out but stick to the business's that were hurt during the pandemic with their fly by night lawyers.
My Kabbage experience has always been a pleasant one. They fund my requests immediately and I pay them on time - makes for a great relationship with both parties doing what they agreed to. I love the ability to fund a loan any time of day - means I can capitalize on great business deals that come my way without having to wait for traditional business hours and loan application processing. Thanks Kabbage!
I can't give Kabbage and my rep, Greg Bianchini, enough credit. Great job! None of this hip hip hooray sales-talk nonsense – Greg is straightforward and intelligent. And I almost threw the mailer away. At first I wrote off Kabbage as another one of those "cash register" loan outfits, but that was absolutely wrong. Kabbage lends based on the strength of your bank account. I was able to get a loan when no one else would lend to me, simply because I have the revenues and they know I can pay it back. I really needed a little boost and Kabbage gave it to me.
Kabbage makes the process of getting a loan as fast and strait forward as it ought to be. No added, unnecessary red tape. No additional documentation or hoops to jump through requested as you wait for a response from a bank who doesn't keep the same hours as a restaurant. No games. No nonsense. Greg Bianchini was polite, knowledgeable, and understanding. The relatively small loan I've received from Kabbage has allowed me to, finally, breath a little easier and get back on track. Thankful and optimistic is the end result of my experience.
Used the kabbage funding and over sell upfront on how great the sales pitch was on interest rate, well i jumped in, 2/3 of the year we made all the payments on time then had a moment we slightly slipped behind, this program is designed for us to fail, the extra fee for every payment made late is part of the business model for them to make money off these kinds of loans, no doubt. Think about then they decreased the payback time now to six months and before you hardly get a chance to put it to work for you the huge number is on you the first 90 days. Paypal credit makes much more sense, used 2 loans from them so far(perfect), and its not highway robbery like kabbage. Its a preditory advance(loan)and will cost you dearly if you slip up, shame on kabbage for the huge fees, nice business model for them, they are bottom feeders praying on loan failure with no regulations because of the word "advance" no loan. Stay away from them. No at all recommended
Bree took ownership of the problems associated with my checking account changing due to a fraud concern. She helped Shepard my account change through various internal departments to make sure the payment was made properly so I could continue to access my available funds. She also worked to make sure that their interval systems did not adversity effect my file since I had followed all steps. I give her an A+
Kabbage did a great job of getting our line of credit approved quickly and easily, and my account manager, Greg Bianchini, walked me through and kept in touch every step of the way to make sure I understood exactly what we were getting, all of our options, and that we got our money when we needed it. Also, their website is excellent - very easy to use, no wasted time, easy to understand and self-serve information. I can't recommend Greg or Kabbage highly enough.
My company decided to apply for a Kabbage loan a little over a year ago and was accepted for a reasonable line of credit. At first, I was concerned about the high interest and fee structure until I realized we are starting to reach our new goals with changing the direction of growth. The use of this line of credit will ultimately be the reason our new growth and profit percentages will be significantly higher.
I've read a few negative Customer Service related comments. I'd like to say that maybe the whole story isn't being told. My experience over this last year, dealing with Kabbage's Cusomer Service personnel, is that they have been more than courteous, extremely professional, responsive, interested in my progress and have offered, at times, discounts to the payback.
All in all... we all know what we are getting into when we apply for a loan or line of credit. Kabbage worked/works for me and I very much appreciate the easy to understand and use web page.
Thank you Kabbage

I am on my 2nd loan with Kabbage. Was hoping to discuss higher credit line for a future loan, as well as possible lower interest. Unfortunately everything is computer and no personal input. Overall, I do like Kabbage, though.
Hi Rusty,
Thank you for your review. Our process is meant to be completely automated, but we completely understand the need to speak with a person! I see that an Account Manager has been assigned to you. I will make sure they reach out to you so that you can discuss your account in detail. Thank you!

The loan process was fast and totally straight forward. I'm really satisfied I received from this company. Specially appreciate the help from my agent Greg. He was NOT about the fast talk, he made sure I knew what I was doing and answered all my questions. This man basically holds your hand through the process and doesn't let go until you get what you need. Thanks Kabbage and Greg for making my Monday Great.
LOL. Seriously, this is a simple, convenient way (a little pricey) to obtain funds for your business to bridge occasional emergency gaps in cash flow. Anna was my rep and was courteous and pleasant to deal with.
Hi Tom,
Thank you so much for leaving us a review. That is probably the best compliment (comparison) we've ever received!:)

I shopped around for the best loan and was approved for 5 loans total. Greg who was in charge of my account was super professional and helpful. He gave me all the information I needed and allowed me to do my due diligence, followed up like a pro and as a result earned my business. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to get a loan.
What just happened? Declined by a auto system wow! They want to see around 5k working capital so if you don't have it please don't waste time here. Do you really help a business that is growing or are you all about numbers Reviewed by a computer?
Hi Phillip,
I appreciate your feedback. Our system evaluates at the business data you provide in real time to provide you with a decision. Great program to fill the gaps if your company has ebbs and flows like most. Easy sign up and approval process and agent assigned (Greg Bianchini) spent all the time needed to ensure i totally understood my options.
There was a technical glitch on the website where I manage my account, Jared was prompt, and able to totally resolve the issue in a very short amount of time. I have been using Kabbage since 2014 and love the ease of access to funds and customer friendly service
2-10% is a monstrous range and I think the 2 percent they advertise on their website is just to tempt you to fill out your information and for them to attempt get your loan. I did not get nearly close enough to their advertised 2% rate. An SBA loan right now will come in around 3.5-5% and that is a far better deal, though it takes longer for you to get an SBA loan. Kabbage does seem like a very fast way to get a small business loan so I do think it has its place. I would also check out the lending club and compare rates.
I have spoken to quite a few representatives over the years during my dealings with Kabbage! I do believe I have spoken to Josh before and had the same feeling of kindness, personable concern for my situation and a ready and willing attitude to do anything in his power to give me A+ service and make me feel special! Thank you, Josh! You will not be forgotten!
I have always been pleased with Kabbage's customer service. You rarely have to hold and they have a cute little recording when you do so it keeps you occupied. I just spoke with ANNA and she answered my questions right away and was off the phone pretty quickly. Good job ANNA!
Hi Julie,
Thank you so much. We love Anna!

Even if you explain to them that you had a bad sales month and don't have enough money in your Paypal/bank account, they will write themselves an e-check and keep trying to put it through multiple times until you owe your bank a ton of overdraft fees.
In my case, the overdraft fees could have been avoided if they had given me a one week extension to raise the money by selling or pawning some stuff.
But they blindly and stubbornly refused to turn automatic payments off for a week, even though I warned them that the money wasn't there.
I don't know if they thought I was lying, or thought the bank would pay an overdraft of $400. Talking to them is like talking to robots. They have no empathy for sellers who have had a bad sales month and they don't do payment plants, delays or extensions.
Tried numerous times to fill out an application for PPP. Recommended by Provident bank. They asked for a business code that I put in that they said wasn't valid. It was valid. Oh and there was no back button to go back. I can only assume the positive reviews are from people who work there
Answer: I definitely would not recommend Kabbage to anyone, but especially to someone starting a new business. The interest and fees will kill your new business before you've even had a chance to get it started. I own a small business (2 employees, $200K in annual sales) that is over 15 years old, and the Kabbage loan I took out for $25K for an expansion nearly bankrupted my business. There are better ways to find funding for a new business - grants are out there for women who want to start a business, you can try your luck at crowdfunding (look at Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Rocket Hub, Crowdrise, Angellist, Quirky, and others), approach local friends or family members who would like to invest in your business (you can use ZimpleMoney, com to keep track of their loan payments). Kabbage is a stupid and dangerous way to start up a business. Only a complete idiot would do that.
Answer: Thanks for your question, John. Kabbage's loans are fundamentally different in structure from a traditional loan. Interest isn't charged on the loan balance, and a customer can pay a loan back early and save on future fees. We encourage you to take a look at our "How it Works" page on our website for help understanding the fee structure. If you have any questions not answered there, you can give us a call at 888-986-8263. Thanks for getting in touch!
Answer: Hi Jessica, you can go on their site and enter the amount you want to "borrow" and Kabbage will give you this information up front before you agree to receiving the cash. I borrowed $21,000 and paid nearly $8,000 in interest and fees. It HURT my business, very much! I strongly encourage you to try other companies or look to local lending networks or a local bank.
Answer: It's based on them having access to your bank account through you online banking. You need to provide your institution and password so they have full access to your account. They are not trustworthy. Do not allow them access to that information.
Kabbage has a rating of 3.2 stars from 307 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Reviewers satisfied with Kabbage most frequently mention customer service, small business and great job. Kabbage ranks 3rd among Business Loans sites.
Hi Curt,
As we want nothing more than for our customers to succeed, we are incredibly transparent with all of our terms and cost before you ever agree to draw funds with us. We show you a complete breakdown of your expected payment schedule and inform you of potential late fees. I looked at your account and see that we were in constant communication with you and attempted to work with you.
We wish you the best of luck with everything.
Sincerely,
The Kabbage Team.
