I have been in business for a while and I can honestly say I have never had better customer service than Jared L. He helped me and stayed in contact with me from start to finish. I will always remember this and recommend Kabbage not only for the rates but the superb customer service. Good job Kabbage Team!
Whitley took care of my issue as one of my bank accounts "fell out" and no matter what I did, would not reconnect. Whitley took care of it and had it reconnected for me with lightening speed, allowing me to get back to my business without delay. Thank you so much! Kabbage is a real asset to me, it has enabled me to purchase quality items and grow my business.
I drove for UBER, UBER went to Washington DC to get a special relief loan for UBER drivers funded by Kabbage. UBER sent me a special application code and a 1099 document with a link to Kabbage to apply for a special relief loan. I was approved mediately. They sent me an email to take the loan before it expired. There was no link or any way to take the loan on there website. After multiple emails and phone calls with no response on either of what to do it expired. Just another scam company taking government money for them self. All they have to say during an audit is say see here we sent him an email to collect and he didn't. WHAT A RIP OFF COMPANY.
I had a very pleasant experience with Josh Sanders who helped me out with a complicated situation and made me feel better because of his compassion. I wish ALL of your agents could be this way. We are all people here with life problems and sometimes we need kindness, understanding, and help. So thank you Josh for your help and for calming me down a bit.
Zelenka Harris was very gracious and helpful. I called in to get more details about how the program works after having it fully funded. She went over the amounts and made it easy for me to understand what was happening. Then she even showed me on my account page where I could find the information in the future. Highly recommended!
Whitley Lovelace was great at listening my request and responding promptly. When one our client check was returned, I made an online request to transfer money from my line of credit to my business checking account to cover up the difference we needed to pay for our payroll and other checks. Luckily, The same day our client wired the money after apologizing. Next day when the wired money was confirmed I called Kabbage to stop the transfer since there was no need anymore. Whitley listened carefully and consolidate with her manager and the money transfer was reversed immediately. Thank you Whitley!
I just read an online article in Forbes Kabbage PPP Small Business Loans. I got a good laugh that a respected media source like Forbes would feature a company such as Kabbage. Kabbage takes advantage of small business that hasn't been around long enough to establish credit or has a lower credit rating. Among the many negative aspects of Kabbage, the fixed-fee structure (meaning that early repayment does not save interest), non-transparency, monthly fees, and astronomical rates compared to other online lenders. Beware, this company is NOT a small business' friend.
I worked with Greg Bianchini. He was great to work with - on time, kept in communication, straight. Very rare to find this level of service. Very pleased. Will continue to refer other clients here as well.
Just got off the phone with a customer service rep at Kabbage. Whitley Lovelace was awesome. She handled all of my requests quickly and with a very positive up beat attitude. Whitley is an example of what customer service is supposed to be!
Thanks Whitley!
Zelenka was very helpful in helping me understand the ins and outs of how some of the system worked. A few things were confusing at first, but she was able to clarify the difference between "unauthorized" and "unavailable". I appreciated her time and clarity.
I called in because I was having issues connecting my bank account. Jared had issues as well, so he elevated it to the section that could help. Jared followed up today to let me know my bank account was connect and all is good to go again.
Unless you've truly exhausted all lending options, do not do business with this company. Their rates are absolutely insane, even if your credit score is phenomena(which ours was) the rates are astronomical. They dangle no pre-payment penalties in front of prospective business customers, but the devil s in the details. Their loans are all loaded up front with huge fees and those fees only drop significantly towards the end of the loan term. Should you choose to make a significant payment on your loan (like we did after one month), they use those monies to pay off the months at the end of your term FIRST and work backwards. The backend payments have fees that are significantly less. In our case, the fees for the first six months are 790.00 per month, but beginning month 7, they drop to 186.00 per month.
My company applied for a line of credit a few years ago with Kabbage so that we could have access to capital and scale. I had a question about our line and Jared was knowledgable and patient! Some of the other reps, like Trevor, don't care at all. I'm glad that after the rain, Jared was our rainbow.
Hi Montina,
Thank you so much for your review. Our sincerest apologies for the less than pleasurable experience with one of our reps. However, we are so glad it ended on a good note! Your comments make us a better company, so thank you again!

Every time I've called, I've gotten my questions answered and a solution presented. I've had a few situations that required some additional work on their end and the flexibility is very appreciated. This last time, Zelenka H was able to help me arrange a transaction for which the timing was down to the wire - I hope I get her on the phone next time too.
Hi Tyler-
Thank you so much for taking the time to give us a review. We appreciate you!

Its a joke! They take your info run your credit and not approve! My amazon seller account its 5 year old we sell 800,000 plus every year and credit score its good at 7.49
Still did'nt get aproval after sending them all documents and took over a week to get a response! Dont do it its a waist of time

It seemed that I met their basic requirements of annual revenue, credit score, and time of business but it took nearly a month for them to provide me with a very vague rejection. During that time, I kept calling and was told over and over again that they would call back that day or the next, and they never did. Or they would ask for something that I wasn't sure would be helpful, but I would qualify that, send what they needed, and then ended up waiting even more. I realize they are advertising a holistic review and would likely want to be thorough, but then that warrants better response times and an actual response to why something is rejected. In other words, it should not take a month to provide that type of answer especially when, in that time, I could have gone elsewhere or improved whatever it was they needed me to improve.
I''ve used my Kabbage Line of Credit for my business. I'm very grateful to have this money but it's very difficult to pay it back. It would be more realistic to have a longer payout time even if it costs more in interest.
I had to speak with a representative today about an issue with my account. Whitley was very courteous, helpful, and helped me set my mind at ease. Her presentation was professional, friendly, and helpful
Read all other reviews and slightly put off initially. However after more research and speaking with the representatives on the phone, this is a short term loan to bridge a financial gap that you know you can pay back quickly.
I only consider using this service with the intention of paying back within 30 days. Took out 5k and paid it back within a week with minimal fees was extremely helpful for my business to keep everything flowing.
Taking a large sum and then paying back over 6 months is asking for trouble and all the negative reviews seem to be because of this. If a longer term loan is what you need to do for your business then go get a conventional loan and DO NOT use this service.
In summary, if you need a short term loan whilst a payment clears and you can pay back very quickly, this is a great service.
Hi Zack,
Thank you so much for sharing your review! We couldn't agree more with you. As you pointed out, it is very important to understand what the payback structure is before agreeing to take the loan. That way, you can ensure a positive experience and high return!
Thank you again!

In business one encounters many people who simply "go through the motions." Greg Bianchini is not one of those people. Greg is an invaluable asset to a service many might perceive to be nothing more than an online product. He brings a very personal, hands-on approach. While I am still a bit perplexed and frankly frustrated at my loan not being approved, I'm not leaving upset--due solely to the level of service Greg provided. It must be difficult to provide the extraordinary level of service, such as that which Greg delivers, only to not be supported by the product itself. I believe it's a disservice to the credit consultants of Kabbage as well as the prospective customers, such as myself, to not disclose specific underwriting requirements that were viewed as unsatisfactory.
Answer: I definitely would not recommend Kabbage to anyone, but especially to someone starting a new business. The interest and fees will kill your new business before you've even had a chance to get it started. I own a small business (2 employees, $200K in annual sales) that is over 15 years old, and the Kabbage loan I took out for $25K for an expansion nearly bankrupted my business. There are better ways to find funding for a new business - grants are out there for women who want to start a business, you can try your luck at crowdfunding (look at Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Rocket Hub, Crowdrise, Angellist, Quirky, and others), approach local friends or family members who would like to invest in your business (you can use ZimpleMoney, com to keep track of their loan payments). Kabbage is a stupid and dangerous way to start up a business. Only a complete idiot would do that.
Answer: Thanks for your question, John. Kabbage's loans are fundamentally different in structure from a traditional loan. Interest isn't charged on the loan balance, and a customer can pay a loan back early and save on future fees. We encourage you to take a look at our "How it Works" page on our website for help understanding the fee structure. If you have any questions not answered there, you can give us a call at 888-986-8263. Thanks for getting in touch!
Answer: Hi Jessica, you can go on their site and enter the amount you want to "borrow" and Kabbage will give you this information up front before you agree to receiving the cash. I borrowed $21,000 and paid nearly $8,000 in interest and fees. It HURT my business, very much! I strongly encourage you to try other companies or look to local lending networks or a local bank.
Answer: It's based on them having access to your bank account through you online banking. You need to provide your institution and password so they have full access to your account. They are not trustworthy. Do not allow them access to that information.
