Could not open the account becuase they could not read the document and nobody to talk to in person
They dont care called to reason for not accepting my application "we can request only 2 time for the document couple of times " and thats it rejected for life time nobody to explain or answer their question
Banking with Chase and BOA no problem
Maybe it was my name that stopped them from opening account
Phone number get dicsconneted while on hold and nobody to talk to

I called in to get a better understanding of how my line of credit works and my options moving forward. Jeff explained the service in basic terms, my options of paying off my loan early and how I can actively use my funds. I have been in business for years. Applied for the PPP Loan so I can hire back my employees. I submitted all my LEGAL documents just to be told weeks later I was denied cause they couldn't verify my business information when I emailed for a Dispute on their decision it's like a ghost town I'm still waiting for a reply cause I call bull crap. When I called the rep I last talked to literally laughed in my face when I said I was denied an told me to email the dispute team SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL ‼‼‼

I can't believe there are this many positive reviews for Kabbage. Since I linked here from their site, I guess I cant be suprised. They come off as new, fresh, professional. They advertise all over the place. Their customer service is nice and apologetic but it's a shady outfit. Go elsewhere! I found some serious flaws in their operations. They even admitted to the flaws and instead of correcting their mistakes, they offed me a gift card. When I needed them most during the Covid-19 pandemic, they froze my account along with the majority of consumers. Way to go! House of cards. Don't do it.

Today I started at 8AM only to get the same thing a hold, and then an abrupt disconnection. They sent a generic letter stating what might be missing on my PPP loan application but did not specify what is missing for MY application. Nothing in the admin even mentions what they need or that there is an issue. 4 weeks. Time to cancel and reapply elsewhere before the June 30th deadline. PS - while writing this review, they were on hold, someone just answered. After my first sentence, I was then disconnected. Whoa!

Finally, someone has taken the time to understand my business to help me think through my finances and loan strategy. I mean REALLY THINK THROUGH! I called just to find out when my funds would become available and instead I got Greg, "MY" Investment Associate. First off, he is personable, has a sense of humor and my conversation with him flowed smoothly. I never had to repeat myself for him to get what I was talking about. He helped me, by asking some very good questions, to think through the pros and cons of my plan and evaluate my risk. He listened, gave suggestions, provided insight. I never felt rushed or pushed. I felt supported. You are in for a wonderful surprise when you contact Kabbage. Thank you Greg. Thank you Kabbage.

I was happy I thought I got a good deal. They dropped my rate from 9+% per month to 4.5% for 1st 6 months and 1% each month for the next 6 months. They extended my loan from 6 months to 12 months. However, your loan payment including paying back the capital each month. I needed the whole capital to work for me for one year. I calculated with fees and interest, i would lost at least $3K at the end after my investment.

Make sure you are aware that you are paying back a portion of principal each month in addition to their high interest and fees.

Stay away from them. Very unyielding customer service. You will NOT get any break whatsoever on any fees, costs, etc.

I joined Kabbage thinking it was just another computer-generated and operated business. I was approved for a loan, but was not gonna rush to accept their loan offer and what I considered to be a too-quick loan repayment scheme. Then I spoke with Greg B., a real-life representive of Kabbage who gave me options and solid advice. It made the difference! Because of my interaction with a real, alive, intelligent, and caring human being, I made a great business decision to utilize this opportunity. Greg, A HUMAN, made the difference!

I use Kabbage when some of my clients are slow to pay and it helps me out of bind. But this month was especially slow so I had to call and get some advice and was helped by Zelenka Harris who was very prompt and gave me some options.

I do wish however that in the rare cases that there were more options and/or options to lengthen terms when business climate changes a bit this would be more optimal for small business like myself who run accross situations.

You people leaving reviews complaining about the fees and payment schedule, it's almost comical. You know exactly what you are going to be paying and the fees every month before you take the loan. Why in the world would you take that loan and then complain about it when you can't pay it back? Seems like your business model is the problem and not kabbage. Either that or your used to just defaulting on loans, and with kabbage they make it very difficult for you to do that. If you run a successful business kabbage can be a godsend to purchase inventory that otherwise might not be available. Money is in bank account in a day or two and payment schedule is clear as day. Best thing is if you pay off early you save on future fees. Great company but not for deadbeats or people who don't understand strict payment schedules.
