Kabbage is so easy to deal with. When I need money for an inventory purchase, it is usually there in under 10 minutes. Kabbage has helped me grow my business, making it easy to get the inventory I need to increase sales.
Working with Kyle Amos, I was able to secure a loan at a descent rate. Understanding the process, the fees, and repayment structure is paramount if you are taking a loan. For those who had a horrible experience, you should understand that a loan is not without the stress of repayment, nor a substitute for sales and good management practices. I have over $30K a month in payroll, and this loan helped me access the "rollover" money that has been now put to use growing additional sales, while stabilizing my balances to keep payroll secure for my staff.
This is a good, albeit fairly more expensive, method to raise your businesses credit ratings for those looking toward more traditional lines of credit, be it a bank or SBA loan.
I loved how easy the loan application process was. The website is designed well, easy to navigate. The site was fast to submit the application and even faster to get the approval.
Once approved the funds were distributed within a couple of days!
Additionally the Kabbage employees I've spoken with are top notch.

Whitley was helpful until my issue was fixed. It's a pleasure to work with a company that hires employees of her caliper. She was on it as soon as I had a problem, provided a solution and when that solution didn't work, found another solution to fix it!
I have been trying for 3 days to get through to CS to help with delaying payments and I cannot get through. This will overdraw my account as my business has totally stopped. They have had plenty of time to ramp up CS and have chosen not to.
I guess I have to give them 1 star, as there are no zero starts.
I contacted them about a loan for our business. Explained that we are moving our offshore business onshore, etc. Got my approval in 1 day, WOW this is great... but noooo.
They sent the verification, funds will be there in 1 to 3 days, great news. Then the next day they get back and say "We cancelled your loan." Why? Because you have not been in business in the US for a year.
Okay... but I told you that. Then Carlos my customer rep called and gave some lame excuse about the loans are approved by a machine and then a real person looks at it, and when that happened they canceled it as they realized the mistake.
Don't you think they should have done that first? Then he says "Contact us in a year and try again." I'm all over that. To Carlos' credit he finally admitted that they screwed up, as I kept saying that they had made a mistake.
Horrible, horrible service.

While everyone else is giving businesses break due to lack of business from the COVID pandemic, Kabbage is out there playing hard ball. They do not give breaks. The collect the money on the day it is due and no later. If you don't pay they harrass you with phone calls. Stay away from this lender! They are the worst!
My request was fairly simple and Jeff was able to handle it in a pinch! I have 3 accounts linked, but the main account that I make deposits and withdrawals from was not the primary account linked to Kabbage.
Jeff was able to change that for me instantly.

I have had Kabbage for over 2 years and all of a sudden they stopped me from getting cash. I have never missed a payment. Now they want me to send them bank account statements, driver license copy. Etc. Whats up with that? I am not happy with all this personal information going to them especially since I have been doing business with them for over 2 years. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT?

I applied for an SBA loan with Kabbage weeks ago. They verified a few things and then all went silent for weeks. I finally received an email a few days ago that they were having trouble verifying some information and to sign in to check for errors to correct on my documentation. The sign in led me to my Kabbage dashboard that does not allow for me to correct or update information. It would also not let me check my documents or upload any new ones. All of my colleagues who submitted their applications at the same time, with similar documentation to mine, have received their loans. I repeatedly call and am told that I have been in the cue too long and disconnected. I email the email they give you to contact and only receive back the same form letter. I am so frustrated and exasperated. The futility of this process has driven me to tears multiple times.
As a business owner whos number one priority is customer service, I was grateful to have the opportunity to talk to both Zelinka and Lisa. Theyve been extremely helpful and give a $#*! about my company and our growth.

Take out the 100% interest loan with kabbage... You will notice your first payment isn't do for about 35 to 45 days... they make you think your payment plus your loan fee is
Due in the 30 days... in fact your fee is due on the 30th day... so even if you pay off your loan 35 days... your fees are still all do... loan and ethic very sad... 0 stars... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Thank you for your response. Kabbage® loans have a monthly fee for every month you have a balance. To avoid your monthly fee, the loan must be paid in full before the monthly fee's posting date. I reviewed your file and can confirm that your account was not paid in full before the monthly fee's posting date. The structure of our monthly loan fees are outlined in your loan agreement, which was presented to you and electronically signed before you accepted the funds to ensure transparency in regards to the cost of borrowing. Fantastic customer service. Rep was very pleasant and and very understanding regarding my issue. My problem was resolved on the very first call. Had to call back got the same rep who handle the situation.
They want the login to my store and the login to my bank just to apply. Who would be crazy to give the login to their store and the login to their bank to some online website hoping that website will loan money at a high interest rate?
Customer service with a smile! Zelenka was awesome took care of my problem in a flash and was just as pleasant as could be. First time I have had to call Kabbage CS in 2 years.
