This was the easiest and most hassle free loan I have ever taken out. Greg Bianchini was super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to being able to work with Kabbage in the near future again.
Jimena was great.
Since you need 100 characters to send this review in, i'll just keep on typing and typing, i'm sure i'll get to the end soon enough. I don't have a character counter, so I'll just keep typing and typing until i think i've typed enough. Is this enough? Is anything ever enough? Who knows, maybe since i'm getting to the end of the box it might just be long
Greg was fantastic! Very clear about what underwriting needed when, timely in his follow up, and totally committed to getting us across the finish line. I would work with him again without reservation.
Long story short, you will never receive a single promotional gift card they promise! I borrowed roughly 22,800 from kabbage with incentivized funds totaling a whopping $350. I have payed back my ENTIRE loan balance in full, and would you believe I have not received a single card? I've complained and spoken to everyone within customer support. The live channel on their website just closes my window whenever speaking to me. Its quite ridiculous and ultimately a scam. Their are laws out there preventing such things, but thats not going to stop KABBAGE from making their money. Please be advised. I am a father who was hoping to buy Christmas Presents for my children. Luckily this was just a means to add to what I was able to provide for them, but this was saddening to me nonetheless. If for no other reason, stay away for ethics
Kabbage is a great example of a company not making something 5 or 10% better, but really revolutionizing a service. We could not be more pleased with Kabbage. Extremely easy to use, very clear about fees and payment schedule, well-built interface, and best of all, much easier to work with than a bank. Thank you for helping our business make our dreams a reality! We looked into similar services before finding Kabbage and it was a no-brainer - Kabbage's rates were less than half of the other contenders.
Customer service is also excellent! I spoke to Zelenka Harris today and could not have been happier with my experience.
Greg Bianchini with Kabbage provided some of the best service / follow up I have ever seen in any industry.
Everyone I dealt with was direct, friendly and service oriented.
I am very appreciative of the excellent experience I had with Kabbage. Would highly recommend!
A major RED FLAG when this company wanted to log into my merchant and website accounts. ILLEGAL process and should probably be turned over the Federal Trade Commission or the State Attorney General for misleading business practices. Who the HELL would give a company or people you don't even know via online access to your accounts. Ie, account numbers, log in passwords, etc. They should be reported! Sorry for the individuals gullible/naive enough to allow them this information.
Kabbage Sucks! Do not take a loan. My $700.00 loan (they call it an advance to avoid being Illegal) had a I1month payment of $266.00. I asked and they agreed to hold up my payment for 10 days all the while draining my PayPal account every time a dollar went into it and the next day they pulled an echeck on me for the now $222.00 balance against my checking account that was empty. I asked if they could do what they promised a day before but they said it was a misunderstanding on my part. Total Bull$#*!! My name is Edd Jelinek and google it to see my profile. $#*! Kabbage and the horse they rode on. Death to the thieves! Oh, and $#*! them one more time!
Do yourself a favor go to another company, these people are crooks, they never want you to pay them off, when you do, can't get funded for 90 days, they want to
Charge different fees. And when they find out your paying them off, holy crap the attitude goes right down the crapper. Try a company named streetshares, more so if you are a vetran!
Zelenka Was very professional and extremely polite! She handled my request very quickly! It was refreshing to talk to someone eager to help and get it right the first time! Most call centers I call aren't nearly that efficient or polite! Thank you ma'am for all your help!
I had a 'ghost' payment that had hadn't posted to my account & was worried that I would default. I spoke with Arch & Zelenka (and another rep, I am sorry, but I cannot remember her name) over the three anxious days. Everyone was helpful and they even pushed back the due date of my loan a few days to ease my mind until the 'ghost' showed up. They have a team of Rock Stars working customer service! Thanks, Shonn
We spent a few weeks researching the best option for our business to take out a small business loan. We regret everything about picking Kabbage. After extensive conversations with the Kabbage agents, we were convinced that if we were able to pay off our loan within 6 months that the interest rate would only be 3% with no additional costs.
They use confusing rhetoric and when we realized that we were actually going to be charged 40% interest/APR/etc, they were in no way helpful or considerate. They refused to let me read the transcripts or listen to the taped phone calls between the agent I spoke with. The agent who by the way is no longer with the company. I am certain that I double checked several times with this agent and yet we ended up paying close to an additional $10K which we would never ever have chosen to do.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
CAUTION. They can and will suspend your credit line if they detect a fluctuation in deposits. In our case, we transitioned several clients from "due upon receipt" to "NET30/60" and found ourselves with a suspended line of credit.
This, even after having paid back near 100% of our initial loan. In the meantime, this catastrophe has brought a cascade of issues to our doorstep, as we had committed to contracts based on the availability of said credit line.

Hi Jeff, my name is Craig. I am a Customer Advocate at Kabbage, and I want to apologize for your poor experience. I am going to follow up with a private message to see if I can help clear up anything regarding your account.
I was approved for a PPP loan last week by Kabbage, but they have not deposited the micro deposits needed to approve my account and proceed with signing the loan documents. It has been over 3 business days and I have tried calling, DMing them on Twitter, messaging them on Facebook and emailing them but cannot even get so much as a single response. This is profoundly alarming; I have given a great deal of personal information to Kabbage. I have never dealt with a company where I couldn't so much as even reach a customer service agent when I had a problem. All I want is to be able to actually speak to someone to solve what should be a very simple problem!
It's been 7 DAYS and counting since I applied for a loan as opposed to 7 MINUTES to get a loan approval. They say it's a technical glitch - I don't know. But they would not guarantee that even though they don't fix the problem that they won't ding my credit by pulling my report. Ugh!
Tried calling to defer payment during covid 19 lockdown. They never answered documented 30 calls. Left messages for each one. Sent 4 emails, never responded to. Only got emails stating they were taking $6600 out of my account. No money to be taken. Business suspended. Their says to hold, after 10minutes it goes to a voicemail. Tried 3 separate numbers for them. Same result. Never got a call or email.
Lets keep this short and sweet, this company is a rip-off. Their annual APR is as highest 48%. I got approved for 18k and borrowed 12k for an expansion project for a business. Because there fees are so outrageous I ended up borrowing more from them just to pay them back. This company is just like quicksand. Youre better off with a credit card that charges you 15%, or 20%APR. It comes out cheaper and has more flexibility. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will end up in a worse situation then you are now.
I called today and spoke to Jared. I explained what I wanted to do and he handled it quickly and professionally. Additionally, he made it a point to thank me for being a Kabbage customer since 2014! I only wish my sales team would take the time to thank our customers for their business as did Jared...
Thanks Jared and Kabbage.

Fast issues resolved, Jeff was a super friendly and help full agent.
I hope traditional financial institutions learn from cabbage how to treat customers and really understand their needs.
A+
Hi Jose- Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts!

Answer: I definitely would not recommend Kabbage to anyone, but especially to someone starting a new business. The interest and fees will kill your new business before you've even had a chance to get it started. I own a small business (2 employees, $200K in annual sales) that is over 15 years old, and the Kabbage loan I took out for $25K for an expansion nearly bankrupted my business. There are better ways to find funding for a new business - grants are out there for women who want to start a business, you can try your luck at crowdfunding (look at Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Rocket Hub, Crowdrise, Angellist, Quirky, and others), approach local friends or family members who would like to invest in your business (you can use ZimpleMoney, com to keep track of their loan payments). Kabbage is a stupid and dangerous way to start up a business. Only a complete idiot would do that.
Answer: Thanks for your question, John. Kabbage's loans are fundamentally different in structure from a traditional loan. Interest isn't charged on the loan balance, and a customer can pay a loan back early and save on future fees. We encourage you to take a look at our "How it Works" page on our website for help understanding the fee structure. If you have any questions not answered there, you can give us a call at 888-986-8263. Thanks for getting in touch!
Answer: Hi Jessica, you can go on their site and enter the amount you want to "borrow" and Kabbage will give you this information up front before you agree to receiving the cash. I borrowed $21,000 and paid nearly $8,000 in interest and fees. It HURT my business, very much! I strongly encourage you to try other companies or look to local lending networks or a local bank.
Answer: It's based on them having access to your bank account through you online banking. You need to provide your institution and password so they have full access to your account. They are not trustworthy. Do not allow them access to that information.
Kabbage has a rating of 3.2 stars from 307 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Reviewers satisfied with Kabbage most frequently mention customer service, small business and great job. Kabbage ranks 3rd among Business Loans sites.
Hello,
We are very sorry you feel this way. If you are paying off your loan with a 3rd party, then you are essentially closing your Kabbage account, meaning you will not have access to funds for at at least 90 days. If you are just paying off your loan to get a $0 balance, then we do not limit your access to funds. We do not change our fees based off of potential 3rd party off. We hope you find a lender that fits your needs and helps your business grow.
Sincerely,
Annie York
