I decided to foster a dog two months ago. Things were going great for a while, and then they weren't. I was stressed. I didn't want to return my dog to the shelter but we were not okay. He was running around the house trying to eat everything in sight and was becoming destructive. I've never had a dog before so I didn't know what to do. I found this free class and watched it three days ago. It helped me so much! It's like I have a different dog. I think my biggest takeaways were the operant conditioning. I needed to use more treats and I needed to use some negative reinforcement and ignoring too. The combination has been powerful. My other aha moment was that my dog needed a job. I made his new jobs to follow me around the house and wait while I do things and to sit on his bed and stay when he is told to. Before your video I would have felt like I was being mean to the dog by giving him so much structure. Now I understand that it makes him happier to have a job. I might be making it up, but I think he seems proud of himself. Thank you so much. Most free workshops hold back all the good stuff for paying members. This one was a game changer for me.
I don't have experience to bring my puppy to K9 Training Institute. But I have watched the free workshop video. I found it was very helpful for training puppy. It is very easy understanding to follow the steps.

So far everything I have viewed makes good sense and nothing is harmful to the dog physically or mentally. I am 100% for gently training rather than fear based. And this program is just that, no fear. I will continue use of this program
I watched the free video from the K9 Training Institute this weekend and was very impressed! I am planning on watching it once more and trying three of the exercises with BLU our LabraBull. He is a big dog and very sweet, but lunges when we try to walk him. I am going to try their technique and am excited for it to work because I really want to be able to walk him!

I have looked at other options & this is the best 1 by far. Our GSD has some training already & was taught by our other GSDs at the time. However he does tend to pull on the leash & this training helps a lot. Thank you.

At first I never thought I could train a dog. I always had Classes I went to. This program really works. Saves you money too. I have a stubborn husky. But hey husky says it all. This works on them too.
