The training methods, emphasizing operant conditioning and practical strategies, resonate well with users, fostering a sense of joy in the training process. It's a busy world. So when I saw these emails in my box instead of deleting, like I normally do, I decided to open one up because anything to help communicate with my kids(dogs) helps and to my surprise they actually gave free advice - that works! And are not asking for subscription or donations except in a very tasteful way seriously turns me off when I open a email and it took a hour after their title says "free" and there was never anything free about it they want your card number the second you open it up but you folks are one of the very few that kept your word and actually don't beg for card number but you give great advice
Thank you so much from those of us who need advice but perhaps don't have the $$ or a card number - really thank you it's very refreshing!
HarvardK9 is the best. Our Standard Poodle 6 month puppy, Kirby is in the group class. The instructors are knowledgeable and wonderful! Lessons are excellent and follow a great training program! We love Laurie and the other instructors. We couldn't be more impressed with HarvardK9, its facility and its trainers and staff! We highly recommend HarvardK9!
I just love that there is an option to work on our training in our own time and space!
I loved it. I learned how to talk to jazzy without getting upset because he wasn't listening. I wasn't sure that this would be helpful and I have been struggling with my dog. He's slowly learning. Just have to keep at it so that he will be a good dog. Thanks for the help!
You had me at Watch and Touch. Because Sit works, but stay has failed over and over. Your introduction to your program email and video tease was very informative. Enough for even me, someone who just paid 2500.00 to Bark Busters for someone to come to our house for 3 hours one time and give us all this information one time in one night and expected us to remember everything and practice it all and only call on them and read their email and practice everyday everything for 15 min a day. Very unrealistic expectations for two dogs, and two humans with bad memories. I was just about to hit sign up now link to pay the 297.00 for your CD's because the JUMPING VIDEO and the PULLING VIDEO and especially the BARKING at the Doorbell Video are what we are having the most trouble with. I think your training session would give everyone the peace of mind they need to enjoy the full potential of their pets.
I'm slow to accomplish but the first week has spelled out how to handle the lesson steps.
I have watched the free lesson with the K9 Training Institute, It was totally amazing. I learned just so much in a short amount of time. The tips you gave were very easy and I am going to try them on my doggies right away. I know I have done some things right, but others I need work on.
If I had the time and money I would try your class, however at this time, I am limited with what I can do, but thank you for the free workshop.I admire the work you do.
Sincerely, M. Fleming
Very helpful and have some new ideas. Still thinking about to join the whole course.
The intro for the Masterclass was good. It shared a couple of methods to help train your dog. Would recommend to anyone interested in training their dog.
Every dog needs a job. I can see the importance of this approach. It really makes a difference if your dog commits himself to a task. She will become less moody and more self confident. This approach is well elaborated. Clear steps to follow how to establish and deepen the bond between a dog and his person. Most important is to communicate via eye contact and body language.
The workshop was very insightful. As a kid, I grew up with a dog and I was practicing those same old tricks with my current dog. I had no idea I was doing it all wrong. For example, anytime someone would come into the house my dog would jump all over them, including me. This was very bad because i would be forced to lock him up. The workshop gave great tips on how to stop my dog from doing this. I tried the recommended technique, and I can honestly say, it worked! I was amazed how my dog does not do that anymore. He still gets excited anytime someone comes through the door, but he does not pounce/jump on them. Work in progress!
Loved listening to your video on the internet. Very interesting information would love to at some further time to enroll in your videos.
I've been reading the advice u have sent me and I've been working with Bocephus. Bocephus behavior is changing and he is listening. Thank do very much.
Thank u -kaylie lee
I really liked the free video got some great tips that helped and will be signing up for the masterclass today.
After investing in a six week in-person dog training, Bella was not making any progress In important behavioral issues such as recall and barking when someone is at the door. Now she is on her way to learning how to be a valuable member of our family regardless of what distractions are at hand! I am so happy!
Honestly the workshop was great. The few things I Learned, I've been teaching Lulu and I've definitely seen the difference. I'm actually waiting until my next paycheck to purchase the whole thing. My dog is super energetic and undisciplined due to her previous owner but thank for you I'm able to turn things around. Thank you so much.
As an experienced dog owner and trainer I always try to keep up with new ideas and methods. The train8ng reminders and ideas from K9 Training Institute were a great consolidation of various techniques and methods I have heard of / used over the years. They would be ideal for someone new to dog training as well as for a more experienced dog owner or trainer. Anything that adds to your toolbox of ideas can only benefit your relationship with your dog.
Gave me a new perspective on dog communication and behavior.
