Delivered to remote W.A in 5 days including JW tech upgrades prior to shipping. Arrived in show room condition. Considering JW had hands all over the laptop to perform the upgrades, the laptop arrived without a single finger print on her (MSI 18 192gbRam 8tb SSD upgrades). Recommend their services.
Only reason i gave 4 star was the phone support gave some miss information but they corrected them self's after a few minutes ( was frustrating believing the worst to find out they were wrong and all was in line).

Very easy and quick to order, but they didn't told me if there is delay for shipping because the don't have ready stock after I followed up. Good thing is arrived in good order using express post.

My order status didn't move until I called up 2 weeks later, but when I did call I was promptly greeted by the service desk team who assured me they would follow up on it

By the next day the service desk team member called me back and was following up to say that they made sure the order was sent out, that's really good customer service and a great experience.

This could have easily been a 1-2 star experience but due to your team member owning the issue that I had and followed through with his word I really appreciate it and honestly didn't mind waiting longer.

Apologies his name has slipped by me but I'm sure if you check my order details against any internal notes that team member should be commended for their ownership of my case.

Almost gave you 5! 😃. Just one very minor issue. Order took over a week to arrive. As I didn't receive any updates, I checked my order on your website which indicated it was being processed. No other detail was visible, so I rang and spoke to someone about it. It seems the products had to be delivered from partner warehouse. No worries, I understand, but it would have been nice to see this on the website when I checked on my order, or maybe updated via email or text. Once the goods were in transit though, I was informed on every stage of its journey! So yes, very happy

Due to the competitive price, I was initially concerned about the delivery and service quality, but everything was smooth from ordering to dispatch and delivery. JW staff are excellelent team. Prices are good and range of products is reasonable for most use. Preparation and ready to pickup time is very good.

Product did not work due to firmware being 9 versions old. NETGEAR technician said that it was because it had been I stock for more than 15 months. Perhaps you can advise consumers that a firmware update is needed.

Ordering was easy and item was at a good price.

I had never heard of this place before but google searched for what I wanted and came up cheaper than anywhere else at the time. Delivered early, nothing but positives with this company.

The product quality is excellent, the prices are fair, and the customer service is great. I will always choose JW Computers.

Extremely fast shipping, order was shipped within 12 hours, and received within a couple of business days. Great comms from JW to update on the status of my order, and received a proper invoice for my item, which was helpful for tax purposes.
