I will FOREVER shop with this company. The customer service is so great! I ordered a dress and I called the customer service desk and texted them on Instagram. They replied to me and answered the phone very politely. They have fast shipping. If you're looking for a company to shop with, they are it! And they show a lot of love and support!

This is my 2nd review for justwellpop.com. Neither are glowing. Do not expect a reasonable delivery time, nor customer service. The item you receive will look NOTHING like the item you ordered. If you decide to return your item, you will be faced with taxes, tariffs and a considerable postage charge. Your item cannot be returned to the address on the envelope in which it was received (Modern Boutique Inc. City of Industry California.) so if you simply received a wrong size FORGET IT. You will be sending your poorly & cheaply made item to CHINA again considering tariffs, taxes, red tape, a lot of red tape.
At this point I am enlisting the help of the Federal Trade Commission to look into the disparity of the item presented in their catalogue as to what is actually received by the consumer, as in my case.
I am attaching the picture from their online catalogue (what I thought I would receive) and a picture of what I actually received the red & white striped clown pants. The difference is obvious.
Take my statement into consideration before you order from this company.
Site of the famous brand. Miss some items and models but the staff is friendly and looking for solutions

Really fun place for used clothes. Shearling & leather are a great bargain. Could be the place where you find something you didn't know you've been yearning for.
Amazing experience, the staff are all friendly and lovely. The sarees and lenghas are unique and stunning. Needless to say the best shop To go to on Ealing road. I will be shopping there again and again for all the future weddings coming up. Love it!
Absolutely Fantastic Customer Service I received. Wonderful in helping me to choose 2 cloths. She was very Professional, Polite and Generous in helping me to try on a Saree for the First time.
The service I received was in incredibly helpful and very useful. The lady who served me understood my needs and showed me outfits exactly suited to my requirements. The outfit I bought was for my daughter and was exactly what I wanted to find.
Staff are always extremely courteous and eager to help. They are a great asset and is one of the reasons I continue to return to the store for my Saris.
