Deliveries have been on time, or early, well packaged, and with no problems. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for cute fashion style.
I would give them a zero if I could. After placing my order back in March I had to contact them 3 weeks later to see if my products had ever shipped at which point they told me that there was a delay and my products would ship in 10-14 business days. 2 weeks later I wrote them again and again they told me there was a delay and my products would ship in another 10-14 business days. This happened 3 time before I told them to keep their products and return my money, but a day later they e-mailed me and told me my products had shipped and it was too late to cancel my order. I ordered 2 shirts and a dress. The shirts were cheaply made and the colors were not as vibrant as in the photo. The dress was HUGE, shapeless and the fabric was laughably cheap.
In order to return the items you have to pay to SHIP THEM BACK TO CHINA... which I did and paid $28 to send the clothes back. It is now 7 months later and I am STILL fighting with them to return my money.
Honestly, nothing on their site is cute enough or cheap enough to justify the hell you have to go through to get your items or to get a refund if you don't like their items. Save yourself the money and the hassle and buy your clothing some place else. I wish someone had given me that advice 7 months ago.
