I am writing my own review to document my experience with justminer
I live in UK so having some doubts and wanting to be sure I decided to buy from justminer's warehouse which is located in Chessington
I made an appointment and we agreed on a date
I don't know the area so I reached it with the help of the navigator

They were kind and patient, they helped me choose miners and gave me advice, the warehouse is well sorted and the products are in great condition
After choosing my miners, they offered me a discount as I bought over $50,000

I paid with cryptocurrency on the spot, and they delivered my miners right away
So I want to say that the company is real, and the staff are very patient and kind
It's hard to find serious companies selling mining equipment these days

justminer.net are charging customers and then take advantage of them by taking their investments and giving NOTHING in return. You need to stay away from this provider or they will rob you too. The store fails to deliver miners!

These scammers disappeared with my money the moment i paid form my miner in full, i have not hear from them ever since... i cannot believe this has happened to me and i have been a victim to such a scam, these people are criminals and cannot have a running website!

Those fraudsters dont deserve your time, money and trust! If you decide to buy from justminer.net you must be 100 percent sure that you will not acquire your item and will not be delivered to you and you will not get a chance for a refund also!

I decided to write my review, because I have read some negative comments, and I am convinced that they are fake comments, because I was satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for where to buy Goldshell KD5, and obviously I was looking for something at a competitive price, and I found justminer. The site is quite easy to use, and I used bitcoin for payment. They shipped 1 day after I paid, and I received the miners by express delivery within a few days (about 5 days). By the way, shipping is free, and I like that too. I can say that if you want to buy miners, you can do it on justminer and you won't regret it.

I ordered on 10/09/2021 several asic miners from justminer, I received a discount because I bought several pieces. I received the miners with DHL courier. The miners were packed very well, so I received them in good condition, with no damage. Miners are currently working fine

LAST UPDATE: ask to cancel order and refound and no answer. Guys STAY as far as you can from this site. IT'S for sure SCAM.

Update: days gone and nothing change... no tracking Number, no answer...

I made a purchase on August 16, everything is regular, the customer service is polite and helpful and quick to respond.
On August 17, at my request, they send me a tracking code of shipment with DHL. On August 18th, still nothing was found on the DHL website, I asked justminer for a copy of the shipping label and from that moment on, only silence.
No response in the chat on the site or to my emails.
To date, DHL has not received any shipments with the tracking number that was provided to me and justminer is not responding.
I hope I am wrong and in case I will delete my review but it seems to be a scam.
