The Price was very reasonable & priced not to high compared to others. Their customer services are excellent.
The ring was 2 weeks late and then arrived with an empty packet. They refused my reasonable refund request and were rude about it to top it off. Pretty much a total scam unless you want to pay 150USD for a packet with your name on it.
Got his ring here and not only was it amazing quality, but the customer service was GREAT! We needed help with sizing questions and all the metal types offered and they were so helpful. I highly reccomend buying your rings from here.
Just ordered 2 rings and got them in 5 days. Exactly what I wanted but sadly I ordered the wrong size. I messaged them via email and got a response really quickly. They let me know that I can exchange for the right size no problem. I had no problems with communication or service. Top notch company if u ask me. I have already recommended to friends and will be buying more soon

We placed an order online and hadn't received the order for two weeks. We called and the lady who answered was very rude and said we should've received another email from stamps.com's website, which we didn't. She then said oh someone refused the delivery. We didn't. Then she said there was something wrong with our address. There isn't. She then said it was sent back to them and they refunded us five days ago and we should get the refund in five days. We didn't. She then hung up on us and we can't even call them because it said their number is no longer in service. Total scam, avoid at all costs!

I am sorry you feel the need to place blame when we clearly emailed you everything USPS stated, it states "insufficient address" and was returned to sender. We received the ring back on 5/13 and we refunded the order to the card used on the same date, we also explained it may take your bank 3-5 business days to reflect that refund. All of which was emailed proving this to you. We were not rude, you would not accept what we stated above and started using foul language so we ended the conversation as that is not tolerated. Our number is in service, we just will not receive calls from you as you called us back ten times (leaving profanity and yelling messages) after we ended the conversation due to your treatment of staff and foul language. We hope you have an amazing day and find a ring at another retailer.
This company is brutal. I ordered a ring and rushed it in times of COVID closures. We didn't know his ring size and it ended up getting to us over 1 1/2 later, it didn't fit. We sent it back and they said refund policy is 15 days. So denied us.
Lost $600 CAD and they said "they sent the ring back to us" With no tracking info
That is not accurate, the ring was ordered in May and you tried to return it at the end of July. Our posted returns and exchanges are clearly posted on our site, 30 business days for exchange and 20 business days for returns. Unfortunately, this in place for the safety and assurance to the public they are not getting used or worn rings. I am sorry we could not accept a return 2 months after purchase. Tracking was emailed to you for original order and the returned order, both show delivered to you.
We ordered what was considered a designer ring, so as described on the page these took 5-7 business days to be shipped after ordering. This worked out perfectly for us as we had planned in advance when buying his ring. It arrived within the time stated and when it arrived we were in love with it! Amazing quality and the price was LESS than everywhere else we shopped.
Ordered a ring on the 8th of June. Kept asking where my shipment was since it hasn't moved since the 13th. JMR kept saying wait a few more days to see if it moves and repeated this with no concern. Today is the 30th and I've asked for a refund. They said in a few days they will respond and let me know if I will get a refund or wait on them to file a claim with the post office! Do NOT order from them!
Tamara, we replied to your question and tracking shows that it was in transit to you. Unfortunately, all businesses including the post office are still affected by what happened with the pandemic. We are sorry you are upset, but we promptly replied and stated we would refund. Not sure why the bad review when we tried to correct the issue and sadly cannot control USPS with how long a package may take or get lost by them. Again, we offered numerous solutions to make it right, but thanks for the feedback!
See so many reviews about customer service and wrong sizes. Based upon my experience I received exactly what I ordered. It arrived in less than a week with no extra cost, polished and fitted to the size I requested. All I can say is I am pleased and if anyone else is not, it is because they do not know what they want or what their own size is. As far as I can see, return/exchange policy is reasonable, but I did not need it.
I ordered my husband a wedding band for Christmas. He liked another ring better than the original I ordered. I sent the original ring back within the 30 day time frame for an exchange. The exchanged ring was sent in the mail the day after they got the original ring back. The ring is even nicer in person.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a ring and when i received it, I had ordered the wrong size, so I sent it back. I did get tracking as well. I sent it back on the 4th and it was delivered on the 8th. I waited until the 13th of June to wait for my refund as they say it can take 3-5 day's and I got nothing. I emailed them on the 13th and got a response on the 14th that they didn't receive it, while my tracking showed they did and what time. I called them on the 14th and spoke to someone who told me to send them my order number and tracking, and I proceeded to. 2 days later, no response. I call them today to speak to a women who was rude, and extremely unhelpful. She said the refund was processed and was rude about me inquiring about the email. I had no refund and when I asked when it was processed, she didn't know. Isn't that her job? I proceeded to call my bank and check with them and they had no refund on their end. This company is a scam. I will be calling back about my refund and will probably get the same rude women. All they care about is there money, and They're clearly liars and trying to scam people out of their money. Be warned do not order from them unless your 100% certain you won't need to return!

The original order was filled quickly, so if they send you the correct product, then they are great. Sadly, myself and other customers have been swindled by a company that has zero customer service (try it for yourself - their customer service line is simply a voicemail. No hope of getting anyone in person).
They sent me the wrong sized ring - multiple phone calls and emails later, no response. Fortunately I had read one previous bad review (describing the exact situation that happened to me, ironically), and decided to try them out with a cheap ring instead of an expensive one. All the other reviews were great, so I thought I'd give them a chance.
Even though it was their fault, I hadn't heard back from customer service so I went ahead and returned the ring, including a check with the fee for returns. I have yet to hear anything about getting my ring back (they promise on the website a 48 hour turnaround). Unfortunately I doubt I'll ever hear anything from them again - their website says that when you return a ring to, "make sure you get tracking!" - I'm guessing that's because they want to claim the ring was 'lost' in the mail. I didn't think about this until after I had already sent the ring, unfortunately.
Frustrated, I wrote a bad review about them. Shortly after, I received an email from the website saying that Just Men's Rings was disputing the review and wanted it removed. I wish this company spent a fraction of the time helping their customers as they do trying to scrub the web of their bad reviews. Always beware of a company that always has perfect reviews - even the best companies have a couple negative comments!
If you are interested in this company, PLEASE proceed with caution - and don't buy anything expensive!
This review and the ten others you posted everywhere is frustrating, not only did we prove to you that you were refunded but so did the BBB and you refuse to accept the proof. The refund was infact applied and proved to you that it was, sadly checking personal your bank statements to show the refund was completed is not a service we offer.
I received my order pretty fast. I ordered wrong size and they were able to accommodate me. My exchange was processed pretty fast. Would recommend to friends and family.

It is disappointing that you opted to race to write a review. This was posted mid emails between us asking for additional information to assist in resolving the issue. We advised you the ring was in the ring box when mailed, you replied it was not due to weight listed by customs. You then stated it was ripped open, we asked you to send proof of a tampered package as there was some confusion based on what you were saying. If USPS stole the ring, then they will need proof of such. They require this as the package was delivered. You have yet to do that. We have tried to do everything to assist you in getting this "stolen" package issue resolved.
