Ordered a ring on the 8th of June. Kept asking where my shipment was since it hasn't moved since the 13th. JMR kept saying wait a few more days to see if it moves and repeated this with no concern. Today is the 30th and I've asked for a refund. They said in a few days they will respond and let me know if I will get a refund or wait on them to file a claim with the post office! Do NOT order from them!
Tamara, we replied to your question and tracking shows that it was in transit to you. Unfortunately, all businesses including the post office are still affected by what happened with the pandemic. We are sorry you are upset, but we promptly replied and stated we would refund. Not sure why the bad review when we tried to correct the issue and sadly cannot control USPS with how long a package may take or get lost by them. Again, we offered numerous solutions to make it right, but thanks for the feedback!
