They keep lying about delivery date it's been way more that 45 days and they keep saying this week or next week. They even said within 24 or 48 hours. I was never able to track my order. They scam people

I ordered 7 items on September 25th and paid for expedited shipping. It's is now December 8th and I'm still missing 2 items. We've exchanged emails over 30 times and
I've received nothing but excuses. They keep telling me it's shipped and in transit, but can't provide a tracking number.

I placed a order the end of November and still today Christmas Eve I have not received it. I reached out numerous times with just a brief reply saying " you will get your order next week" I went on Facebook and warned other people about the horrible customer service I have received.I then get a response for them asking why I would say that. Potential customers need to be aware of bad service this company has provided! Never again will I order from them. I will continue to share my experience with everyone on social media!

I ordered the rib cage decanter and it hold a fifth easily but is hard to hold one-handed when pouring. This only matters if you're using the shot glass topper as you have to hold it as well. Really cool for aesthetic purposes. 10/10 would recommend.

Do not order from this company! Their incompetence is mind-boggling. They are saying my order shipped, yet the tracking number they gave me shows it hasn't. Why is it taking over a week for the items to be shipped? They still say it has shipped, even after I provided them proof that it hasn't. For some reason my order is being shipped from Shanghai, instead of New York like the website states. I would've never ordered if I would've known it was coming from another country.

I had ordered the skull and crossbones flip-flops. It took a while to get them, so long I thought they'd never come and that maybe I got scammed. But finally they arrived, and I tell you they were worth it. They looked rather simple in the package, but once you try them on, they transform on your foot into a stylish edgy look. Compliments to the designer! Very comfortable and well made too.Who knew flip-flops could be so classy and cool!
Even with the long delivery time, I still think they deserve a 5!

Got email 5 days ago saying my order #******* had shipped, but usps has no info for it. I tried their link and it says "not received " zero info. Asked for refund, but we'll see. I bet I got scammed.
Edit: still 1 star for saying my item shipped but didn't, BUT they did refund me promptly. Don't feel like they are scammers, they just overpromise on delivery and don't tell you their items ship direct from China, hence the long delivery times.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago. I was given tracking after two days, however, the tracking still shows as label created, that's it. Still no shipping update, still no product in hand. When I email and ask, I get the same response that it was a supply issue and it has not shipped. Still hasn't shipped. I'm out $50 for no shoes.

After this review, the company contacted me and asked me to remove it. I said it was an honest review and wouldn't take it done.
I still don't have my order. 1st tracking number said label created in NY. Second said out of CA. After filing a claim with Paypal, now the current tracking shows out of China. Still trying to get my money back. This is obviously a bit suspicious.

I ordered a handbag for my daughter and she didn't like. I've tried 3x to contact someone with no response. There's a 30 day return period and I've yet to get a response so I can request a return and refund. I'm also waiting for the remaining delivery of a shirt that I ordered with the bag but that was 15 days ago and no way to track it or contact anyone. Won't be ordering again from this place!

I received my order within the time frame they promised me. The items that I ordered exceeded the quality that I was expecting. I will definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family! Thank you

Oh, I have order two different orders and none of them have arrived and they all showed up to be sitting in Woodridge Illinois and they keep sending me emails that it's been shipped don't order from these people they were scammers and quick to take your money

BUYER BEWARE! This company does not accept returns! The product was as described and arrived in a timely manner however, the website says, "satisfaction guarantee", "Money Back Guarantee ". The website also said that their sizes run true. The fact is, they run small. Bought a pair of sneakers for my wife, who wears a size 9, and they were too tight in length. This company would not exchange for a size that fits, they will refund my money less shipping and restocking fees (which leaves practically nothing to refund) and expected me to buy another pair at 50% off to get the next size up. IMO, THIS TYPE OF RETURN POLICY MAKES IT A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!

Don't purchase the dhl shipping. I purchased my order on November 4 with expedited shipping. Here it is December 3 and still haven't received the item yet. Their customer service stinks keeps saying same thing over and over again.

My precious granddaughter picked 2 FULL outfits for her birthday. I paid extra for expedited shipping. After a few weeks, I received a tiny package with 2 poor quality leggings--no matching tops. When I sent emails (see photo attachments), I only received one response. Now my granddaughter is gone and I am missing the money. The leggings were the quality of a 99 Cents Store. Do not make this purchase. I am filing a grievance with the Better Business Bureau and all other review sites.

I ordered a bed set, it never came. I requested a refund and they told me they'd send my order again. I order this in October and still waiting and still not here. Requested a refund again and nothing not even a response! DID NT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered one of those skull purses they are advertising on Facebook, with the 4.7k comments. It's garbage. The photo they have on site is highly misleading and heavily filtered. The actual "purse" is poor quality made out of the cheapest hard plastic. It's very very small. No zipper. It looks like something a little child would carry their crayons in. It took forever to get delivered in the first place so, rather than asking for a refund, I threw it directly into my recycling bin. I beg you, do not order this thing. It's so awful, it's hilarious!

As I was looking at the handbags, this one looked to be a 3D cut out, when it finally arrived (about month from order to my door) I was amazed at the work. Was not a 3D cut out but surpassed what I expected. The artwork is simply amazing can't wait.to show it off. Absolutely Gorgeous! Can't not wait for my next Skull buy! Thank you!
