The end of November I placed a order for 3 dog beds. I got notification that they had been shipped, but no tracking number was sent. The only way to contact the company was via email. I emailed the company numerous times and the response was your order has been shipped. Still today, December 26th. I have not received my order, nor a email from the company stating when I can expect it. They immediately charged my account the payment and never sent me my order! I'm done with letting companies get away with cheating customers out of our money!

I placed a order the end of November and still today Christmas Eve I have not received it. I reached out numerous times with just a brief reply saying " you will get your order next week" I went on Facebook and warned other people about the horrible customer service I have received.I then get a response for them asking why I would say that. Potential customers need to be aware of bad service this company has provided! Never again will I order from them. I will continue to share my experience with everyone on social media!
