Their products are unique but their shipping practices and customer service Sucks!

Impossible. If you try to cancel an order within ONE hour of placing it, they say you will receive your refund, but then you never get the refund and they won't return your email and Facebook messages. I had to do a chargeback on my credit card with this company.
